Summary

This 2022 Porsche 911 Turbo S is the ultimate expression of the 992 generation, offering a massive performance jump over the standard Turbo. With just 11,000 km, this Japanese-spec coupe has been driven less than half the typical annual average for the UAE, making it a pristine choice for collectors or daily drivers. The Black-on-Black configuration remains a top-tier choice for resale strength in the GCC, ensuring it stays highly desirable in the local market. As a 650 hp supercar that can handle both a morning commute and a track day at Yas Marina, it represents the most versatile performance buy in its segment. For a GCC buyer, the combination of extremely low mileage and the flagship Turbo S designation makes this a standout opportunity.

This Car vs Other 2022 911s

With only 11,000 km on the odometer, this 911 has seen significantly less use than the typical 40,000–50,000 km expected for a 2022 model in the GCC. The Japanese regional spec indicates the car has likely been kept in a climate-controlled environment, preserving the interior and mechanical components against the high-heat wear typical of higher-mileage local examples. Its black exterior is a perennial favorite in the UAE market, consistently fetching higher prices at resale compared to niche colors.

TURBO S vs Lower Trims

Choosing the Turbo S adds critical performance hardware that is optional or unavailable on the standard Turbo, including Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) as standard. Inside, the S trim upgrades the cabin with 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus and the full Sport Chrono package, features that GCC buyers prioritize for both comfort and performance. The power output is also increased by 70 hp, dropping the 0–100 km/h sprint into the sub-3-second territory.

911 vs Segment Rivals

The 911 Turbo S leads rivals like the Audi R8 and McLaren GT by offering a unique 2+2 seating layout that provides genuine daily practicality without sacrificing supercar speed. Its 67-litre fuel tank allows for longer cruising ranges on cross-emirate highway drives compared to more track-focused competitors. Furthermore, Porsche's sophisticated all-wheel-drive system provides superior stability on UAE highways during occasional rain or sand-slicked conditions.

Running Costs & Resale

The 911 Turbo S is known for having some of the strongest value retention in the GCC luxury market, typically losing only 12–15% annually compared to the 20%+ seen in many exotic rivals. Real-world fuel consumption averages roughly 11.5 L/100km, which is efficient for a 650 hp vehicle, though city driving in stop-start traffic will increase this figure. Porsche's authorized service network is extensive across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, with minor service intervals recommended every 15,000 km or 12 months.

Performance & Capability

This Turbo S delivers a verified 0–100 km/h time of 2.7 seconds, making it one of the fastest-accelerating production cars available in the region. The 8-speed PDK automatic transmission provides lightning-fast shifts that are perfectly suited for high-speed overtaking on the E11. With a top speed of 330 km/h and active aerodynamics, the car remains exceptionally planted during high-speed highway cruising and spirited weekend drives.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for year-round comfort in the GCC, featuring a powerful climate control system and high-quality leather insulation that blocks out external road noise. The 10.9-inch Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system provides seamless navigation and connectivity for long drives between cities. While the rear seats are compact, they offer essential extra cargo space or room for children, a rare luxury in the supercar segment.

Safety

Standard safety equipment on the Turbo S includes Porsche Stability Management (PSM), which is essential for maintaining traction on sandy road surfaces. The LED-Matrix Design headlights (PDLS+) provide exceptional visibility for night driving on unlit desert highways. Active safety features like Warn and Brake Assist, along with a suite of front and side airbags, ensure top-tier protection for all occupants.

The bottom line

This is a rare chance to own a flagship 992 Turbo S with delivery-level mileage in the GCC’s most preferred color combination, offering supercar performance with the reliability Porsche is famous for.
