Summary

This 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 is a prime example of the 992 generation, presenting a compelling case for the collector or track enthusiast with just 9,500 km on the clock. Finished in a high-resale Black exterior, this GCC-spec unit offers the ideal balance of low mileage and mechanical maturity for the local market. The GT3 stands apart from the standard 911 range with its high-revving naturally aspirated engine and motorsport-derived double-wishbone front suspension, delivering a level of steering precision unmatched in its segment. In the GCC, where well-maintained sports cars are highly prized, this vehicle represents a secure investment in one of the last pure internal combustion icons. Whether navigating the high-speed corridors between Emirates or attending a track day at the Dubai Autodrome, this GT3 provides a visceral driving experience that remains perfectly suited to the region's top-tier infrastructure.

This Car vs Other 2022 911s

At 9,500 km, this GT3 has covered significantly less distance than the 20,000–25,000 km annual average typical for GCC-based vehicles. While many four-year-old 911s have already transitioned into high-use territory, this car remains in a premium, low-mileage bracket that is highly sought after by local buyers. The Black exterior is one of the top three colors for resale in the Middle East, ensuring it stays liquid and desirable in the pre-owned market.

GT3 vs Lower Trims

Stepping up to the GT3 from the GTS adds a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated engine that revs to a stratospheric 9,000 rpm, replacing the twin-turbocharged unit for a more immediate throttle response. You also gain the fixed swan-neck rear wing and a wide-body aero kit that generates significantly more downforce for stability at high speeds. Crucially for the GCC climate, the GT3 trim includes upgraded cooling systems and airflow management designed to maintain peak performance even in extreme temperatures.

911 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Lamborghini Huracán Evo or the McLaren 720S, the 911 GT3 leads with its everyday usability and a more robust GCC service network that spans all major cities in the UAE, KSA, and beyond. It offers a more precise, mechanical connection through its RSR-inspired front suspension, which provides better front-end grip on the fast, sweeping curves typical of regional highways. The GT3 also maintains a smaller footprint than its mid-engined rivals, making it easier to maneuver in city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh.

Running Costs & Resale

The 911 GT3 is a standout for value retention in the GCC, typically losing only 10–12% annually compared to the 15–18% seen in other European supercars. Service intervals are recommended every 15,000 km or 12 months at authorized Porsche centers, which are extensively available across the region. Fuel requirements are strictly high-grade Super 98 to support the high-compression engine, with real-world consumption averaging 13.7 L/100km, rising in stop-start city traffic.

Performance & Capability

Powered by a 500+ hp flat-six, this GT3 hits 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and continues to a top speed of 318 km/h. The 7-speed PDK automatic transmission is specifically tuned for lightning-fast shifts, making it ideal for the high-speed overtaking required on major GCC motorways. The rear-wheel-drive layout and rear-axle steering ensure incredible agility, while the massive brakes are designed to withstand the heat and stress of spirited weekend drives.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is focused entirely on the driver, featuring high-quality materials and Porsche’s latest digital interface. The air conditioning system is world-class, designed to cool the cabin rapidly even after being parked in the summer sun, a critical feature for any GCC owner. Despite its track focus, the cabin remains well-insulated from heat and road noise, ensuring comfortable transit between Emirate borders.

Safety

Safety is managed by Porsche Stability Management (PSM), which is calibrated to allow for driver engagement while providing a safety net on sand-dusted road surfaces. Standard equipment includes a sophisticated airbag system, high-performance LED headlights for superior night visibility on unlit desert roads, and blind-spot monitoring to assist with fast-moving highway traffic. The rigid chassis and motorsport-grade braking system provide a layer of active safety that is among the best in the high-performance category.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer seeking a low-mileage 992 GT3 in a timeless color, this GCC-spec listing offers the perfect entry point into modern Porsche collectibility with no mechanical compromises.
