Summary

This 2023 Aston Martin Dbx707 represents the absolute peak of the performance SUV segment, offering a level of mechanical engagement and luxury that few rivals can match. With exceptionally low mileage for a vehicle in the GCC, it presents an opportunity to own what is widely considered the fastest luxury SUV in the world in a near-new state. The striking Green exterior is not just a nod to the brand's racing heritage but also a highly desirable and unique choice that maintains strong resale appeal among collectors in the region. Unlike many performance imports, this is a GCC-spec example, ensuring the cooling systems and electronics are fully optimized for the intense heat of the Middle East. For the buyer who demands supercar performance without sacrificing the ground clearance and versatility required for life in the Emirates, this Dbx707 is the definitive choice. It stands out in a crowded market of premium SUVs by offering a hand-assembled heart and a chassis tuned for drivers who truly appreciate automotive engineering. Owning this vehicle in the GCC means having access to a prestigious service network while driving a car that commands respect on any highway from Dubai to Muscat.

This Car vs Other 2023 Dbx707s

When comparing this specific 2023 Dbx707 to others on the market, the primary advantage is the remarkably low mileage of just 12,487 km. In the GCC, where annual averages often exceed 20,000 km due to frequent long-distance travel between cities, this vehicle has been driven significantly less than its peers. This lower usage means less wear on the sophisticated air suspension components and the high-performance braking system, which are critical for maintaining the car's precision. The Green exterior is a sophisticated choice that aligns perfectly with the Aston Martin brand identity and is highly sought after by enthusiasts in the secondary market. Being a 2023 model, it benefits from the most recent refinements in the infotainment and interior tactile quality. Choosing a GCC-spec car over a North American or European import is a vital decision in this region, as it guarantees the vehicle's history and regional warranty compatibility. This listing represents one of the freshest examples of the world's most powerful luxury SUV currently available in the local market.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The Dbx707 is not merely a trim level but a comprehensive re-engineering of the standard DBX platform, making it the top-tier offering from Aston Martin. While the base DBX is impressive, the Dbx707 adds a significant power increase from 550 hp to a staggering 707 hp, necessitating a new 9-speed wet-clutch transmission for much faster gear changes. This trim also introduces carbon-ceramic brakes as standard, which are essential for managing the heat generated during high-speed driving in the GCC summer. Inside, the Dbx707 features upgraded sport seats and a revised center console with dedicated switches for drive modes, allowing for immediate adjustments without diving into menus. The exterior is differentiated by a much larger front grille for improved cooling and a more aggressive rear diffuser with quad exhaust outlets. For a buyer in this segment, these mechanical and aesthetic upgrades are non-negotiable, as they elevate the car from a luxury cruiser to a true performance icon.

Dbx707 vs Segment Rivals

In the high-performance SUV segment, the Dbx707 primarily competes with the Lamborghini Urus Performante and the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT. While rivals offer incredible speed, the Aston Martin leads with its unique blend of British luxury craftsmanship and a raw, emotive V8 soundtrack that feels more bespoke. The Dbx707 offers a more sophisticated air suspension system that provides a broader range between track-like stiffness and grand-touring comfort, making it better suited for the diverse road conditions found across the GCC. Its interior space is also more generous than several competitors, providing genuine comfort for five adults on long drives from Riyadh to Jeddah. The 4.0L twin-turbo V8 in the Aston is specifically tuned for a flatter torque curve, ensuring effortless overtaking on fast-moving UAE highways. Additionally, the prestige associated with the Aston Martin badge often carries a more exclusive weight in social and professional circles compared to more common high-end SUVs.

Running Costs & Resale

Running a Dbx707 in the GCC involves costs consistent with high-performance European machinery, but its GCC-spec status helps stabilize long-term value. Real-world fuel consumption for the 707 hp V8 typically averages around 15L/100km in mixed driving, though this will increase in stop-start city traffic in Downtown Dubai or Riyadh. The car requires premium 98-octane fuel to maintain peak performance and engine health in the high ambient temperatures of the region. Service intervals are generally every 12 months or 16,000 km, and with authorized service centers located in major GCC hubs like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, maintenance is convenient. Historically, the Dbx707 has shown better value retention than the standard DBX due to its status as the flagship model and its limited production numbers. While European luxury SUVs typically see 12-18% annual depreciation, the Dbx707's desirability in the UAE used market often keeps it at the lower end of that spectrum. This specific low-mileage example is positioned to hold its value exceptionally well as it enters the 3-year mark.

Performance & Capability

The performance of the Dbx707 is headlined by its incredible 0-100 km/h time of just 3.3 seconds, a figure that puts many dedicated supercars to shame. This explosive acceleration is managed by a sophisticated All-Wheel Drive system that can send 100% of the torque to the rear wheels for a more agile driving experience. The top speed of 310 km/h makes it one of the fastest SUVs ever produced, providing immense confidence during high-speed highway cruising. For the GCC driver, the active roll control system is a standout feature, as it keeps the vehicle remarkably flat through corners, whether navigating mountain passes in Ras Al Khaimah or highway cloverleafs. Despite its performance focus, the Dbx707 retains genuine SUV capability with adjustable ride height that can provide significant ground clearance for light off-road excursions or navigating uneven terrain. The wet-clutch transmission is a highlight, offering the lightning-fast shifts needed for spirited driving while remaining smooth in the heavy traffic of Sheikh Zayed Road. It is a vehicle that feels as much at home on the Yas Marina Circuit as it does outside a five-hotel in the city.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside the Dbx707, the cabin is a sanctuary of hand-stitched leather and premium materials, designed to accommodate five passengers in absolute luxury. The GCC climate is expertly handled by a powerful multi-zone climate control system and ventilated seats that are essential for the summer months. The 16-way electric adjust sport seats provide excellent lateral support during fast cornering while remaining comfortable for multi-hour road trips across the borders. Acoustic glazing and extensive sound insulation ensure that the cabin remains quiet even at high speeds, allowing passengers to enjoy the premium audio system without interference. The 5-door layout and 632-liter boot provide practical space for family luggage or golf clubs, making it a viable daily driver. The use of Alcantara and carbon fiber throughout the interior reinforces the car's performance pedigree without feeling overly clinical. Every touchpoint, from the knurled metal switches to the glass gear selectors, reflects the brand's commitment to tactile quality and bespoke luxury.

Safety

Safety in the Dbx707 is comprehensive, featuring a suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that are particularly beneficial on the fast-paced roads of the GCC. Standard features include Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist, which significantly reduce driver fatigue during long desert highway hauls. The Blind Spot Warning system is a critical safety net when navigating the multi-lane highways of Dubai and Riyadh, where high-speed lane changes are common. The vehicle is equipped with a 360-degree camera system with 3D views, making it much easier to park and maneuver this large SUV in tight urban spaces. In addition to active safety, the Dbx707 features a robust aluminum structure and multiple airbags to protect all occupants in the event of a collision. High-performance carbon-ceramic brakes provide immense stopping power and fade resistance, an important safety factor when driving in the high heat of the Middle East.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec 2023 Aston Martin Dbx707 is the perfect acquisition for the executive or enthusiast who wants the fastest SUV on the market without the wait times of a new order. With its low mileage and iconic Green finish, it represents a high-value opportunity to secure a flagship performance vehicle that is perfectly suited for the unique demands of the GCC.
