Summary

This 3-year-old Roma represents a sophisticated entry point into modern Ferrari ownership, pairing a grand touring silhouette with genuine supercar performance. With just under 15,000 km, its mileage is significantly lower than the GCC average for this age, offering a fresh mechanical profile for the next owner. The Grey exterior is a highly desirable resale color in the UAE market, balancing elegance with a subtle road presence that ages better than more vibrant alternatives. Positioned as a 2+2, it offers more cabin utility than mid-engine rivals while retaining the explosive dynamics of its award-winning V8. For a GCC buyer, the peace of mind provided by its regional spec and remaining eligibility for the manufacturer's maintenance program makes this a highly rational choice for a daily-driven exotic.

This Car vs Other 2023 Romas

With only 14,981 km on the odometer, this unit has been driven roughly 5,000 km per year—well below the typical GCC annual average of 20,000 km. This low usage, combined with its GCC regional specification, places it in the top tier of available used inventory in terms of mechanical freshness. The Grey metallic finish is particularly strong for resale in the local market, as it remains cooler under the desert sun and is favored by the region's executive buyers.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the Roma is offered in a single core mechanical trim, the value lies in its extensive standard technology, including the 16-inch curved digital instrument cluster and the 8.4-inch vertical touchscreen. This specific car features the 8-speed dual-clutch transmission derived from the SF90 Stradale, a significant upgrade in shift speed over previous front-engine models. High-value options common in the GCC, such as ventilated seats and the passenger-side dashboard display, enhance the luxury experience for long-distance driving across the Emirates.

Roma vs Segment Rivals

The Roma is frequently cross-shopped with the Aston Martin DB11 and the Porsche 911 Turbo, leading both in pure engine character thanks to its flat-plane crank V8. It offers a more contemporary, tech-focused cabin than the Aston Martin, while providing a more emotional, artisanal driving experience than the clinically efficient 911. Its 80-litre fuel tank provides a distinct advantage for long-range highway trips between Dubai and Abu Dhabi or cross-border drives to Oman.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages approximately 11.2L/100km, though this will vary in heavy Dubai traffic versus open highway cruising. As a 2023 model, this car typically benefits from the Ferrari 7-Year Genuine Maintenance Programme, covering annual services at authorized centers across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.). Ferraris in the GCC generally hold their value better than most luxury brands, typically seeing a 10-20% value adjustment at the three-year mark compared to 40% for standard luxury sedans.

Performance & Capability

Launching to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, the Roma delivers performance that rivals mid-engine supercars while maintaining the poise of a grand tourer. The five-stage Manettino dial allows the driver to sharpen the chassis for track days at Yas Marina or soften the dampers for a comfortable commute on Sheikh Zayed Road. Its front-mid engine layout ensures 52% of the weight sits over the rear wheels, providing exceptional traction and balance during high-speed cornering.

Comfort & Cabin

The 'Dual Cockpit' architecture creates a dedicated space for both driver and passenger, isolated by a high central console. Despite its performance focus, the cabin is well-insulated against the GCC summer heat, featuring a powerful climate control system and high-quality leather surfacing that resists wear. While the rear seats are best suited for additional luggage or children, the 272-litre boot is perfectly sized for weekend getaways, making this a genuinely usable daily Ferrari.

Safety

This Roma is equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety systems including Side Slip Control 6.0 and E-Diff 3, which manage stability on the varying road surfaces found across the region. Standard ADAS features such as autonomous emergency braking and front/rear parking cameras provide essential assistance in tight urban environments. The inclusion of high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes as standard ensures consistent, fade-free stopping power even in extreme desert temperatures.

The bottom line

This is an ideal opportunity for a buyer seeking a low-mileage, GCC-spec Ferrari that bridges the gap between daily luxury and track-ready performance. It represents a smart buy in the current market, offering significant savings over a new unit while retaining the benefits of recent factory maintenance.
