Highlights

• 450 hp from a 3.5L High-Output EcoBoost V6
• 3,719 kg maximum braked towing capacity
• Ventilated front seats standard

Summary

This GCC-spec truck offers a rare performance combination, pairing the high-output 3.5L engine typically reserved for the Raptor with the refined luxury of the Lariat trim. With mileage sitting far below the expected GCC annual average, this vehicle presents as a near-new opportunity for those who need heavy-duty capability without sacrificing cabin comfort. The grey exterior is a neutral, high-demand choice in the UAE market, ensuring stable value retention compared to bolder colors. It stands out in the segment by delivering significantly more power than standard V8 rivals while maintaining the sophisticated interior technology Ford is known for. For the GCC buyer, the high-output powertrain provides a genuine advantage for both highway overtaking and managing heavy loads in high summer temperatures.

This Car vs Other 2024 F-150s

With just 3,227 km on the odometer, this truck's usage is exceptionally low compared to the typical 20,000 km annual average seen in the GCC market. While many 2-year-old pickups have already faced heavy site work, this example remains in pristine mechanical condition, offering a significant head start on service life. The professional grey finish is among the top three most requested colors in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, supporting a stronger resale price than niche alternatives.

LARIAT vs Lower Trims

Stepping up to the Lariat trim transforms the F-150 from a basic workhorse into a luxury cruiser, adding essential GCC comforts like ventilated leather-trimmed front seats and a 12-inch digital productivity screen. You also gain the premium B&O Sound System and Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist, which provides adaptive cruise control—a feature that significantly reduces fatigue on long desert highway drives. Unlike the cloth-interior XLT, the Lariat includes dual-zone automatic climate control to manage the region's extreme heat more effectively for all passengers.

F-150 vs Segment Rivals

The F-150 leads rivals like the Chevrolet Silverado and RAM 1500 by offering the High-Output EcoBoost engine, which delivers more torque lower in the rev range for superior towing performance. Its aluminum-alloy body construction provides a weight advantage that translates to better agility on soft sand compared to heavier steel-bodied competitors. Furthermore, the massive 136-litre fuel tank option commonly found in GCC specs offers a cruising range that few other trucks can match for cross-border travel.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 3.5L High-Output engine averages approximately 13 L/100km in combined driving, though highway cruising between emirates can see improved efficiency. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from a wide authorized service network across the UAE (Al Tayer/Premier Motors) and Saudi Arabia (Al Jazirah), ensuring parts availability is never a concern. The F-150 maintains one of the highest resale values in the pickup segment, typically depreciating at a slower rate than its European luxury SUV counterparts.

Performance & Capability

The 450 hp High-Output V6 allows this truck to tackle the 0-100 km/h sprint in roughly 5.5 seconds, providing performance that rivals many sports sedans. Its 3,719 kg towing capacity makes it an ideal choice for hauling heavy boat trailers to the coast or transporting off-road buggies to the dunes. The advanced All-Wheel Drive system features selectable drive modes, including Sand and Mud/Ruts, specifically tuned to handle the varied terrain found throughout the GCC.

Comfort & Cabin

The SuperCrew cabin is designed for the GCC summer, featuring a high-capacity air conditioning system and ventilated seats that are essential during the hotter months. The flat rear load floor provides class-leading interior storage, while the 12-inch touchscreen with SYNC 4 offers seamless wireless integration for navigation and media. Acoustic glass and improved cabin insulation ensure a quiet environment, shielding passengers from road noise and desert winds during long-distance trips.

Safety

Standard safety equipment on this trim includes Ford's full ADAS suite with Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) and Cross-Traffic Alert, which are invaluable for navigating busy multi-lane highways like Sheikh Zayed Road. The 360-degree camera system simplifies parking this large pickup in tight urban spaces, while Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking provides an extra layer of protection. These active systems, combined with six standard airbags, ensure a high safety rating for family and professional use alike.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to secure a Raptor-powered F-150 in the more understated Lariat trim, offering elite performance with low mileage that makes it a premier choice for the discerning GCC owner.
