Summary

This 2024 Lexus LX600 Signature is a prime example of the GCC’s favorite luxury flagship, combining Toyota’s legendary durability with world-class refinement. As a current-year model in the popular Signature trim, it offers a sophisticated feature set that commands high demand and excellent resale value in the local market. The distinctive green exterior provides a unique touch while remaining within a palette that holds value well across the region. Driven primarily on the UAE’s high-quality highway network, this vehicle is perfectly seasoned for its age and ready for continued long-distance service. For a GCC buyer, this represents an opportunity to secure a nearly new flagship without the typical showroom wait times.

This Car vs Other 2024 LX600s

With 93,000 km, this LX600 has been driven more than the average 2024 model, which typically sees 20,000–25,000 km in the GCC. However, this mileage is consistent with executive highway use between emirates, where Lexus powertrains are known to excel. The unique green finish is a rare find that stands out against the sea of white and silver models, offering a touch of exclusivity without compromising the model's strong local resale reputation.

SIGNATURE vs Lower Trims

The Signature trim is the highly coveted 'full option' specification in the GCC, sitting significantly above the Prestige base model. It adds the audiophile-grade 25-speaker Mark Levinson surround sound system and semi-aniline leather upholstery which are major draws at resale. You also benefit from the 360-degree Panoramic View Monitor and larger 22-inch forged alloy wheels that are not standard on lower configurations.

LX600 vs Segment Rivals

The LX600 leads rivals like the Cadillac Escalade and BMW X7 in terms of long-term mechanical reliability and authorized service footprint across the entire GCC. Its body-on-frame construction, shared with the Land Cruiser 300, gives it superior durability for regional terrain compared to its monocoque European competitors. The 110-litre fuel tank ensures significantly more range for cross-border desert drives than many in this segment.

Running Costs & Resale

The twin-turbo V6 provides improved efficiency over the previous V8, averaging approximately 12.7 L/100km in combined GCC driving. Lexus maintains the strongest value retention in the regional luxury SUV market, typically depreciating at just 8-10% annually compared to 15% for European rivals. With a massive authorized service network in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, parts and expert maintenance are always readily available.

Performance & Capability

The 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 produces a formidable 409 hp and 650 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 7 seconds. This power is managed by a 10-speed automatic transmission designed for smooth highway cruising and immediate overtaking at speed. Equipped with Multi-Terrain Select and a full-time 4WD system, it remains one of the few luxury vehicles truly capable of transitioning from city boulevards to soft sand dunes.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the Signature cabin features a dual-touchscreen layout with a 12.3-inch upper display for navigation and a 7-inch lower screen for climate controls. This 5-seat configuration prioritizes massive cargo capacity and second-row legroom, ideal for family trips. The powerful GCC-spec air conditioning system is supplemented by ventilated front seats to ensure maximum comfort during the peak of the Arabian summer.

Safety

The Lexus Safety System+ 2.5 is standard, featuring a Pre-Collision System with pedestrian detection and Lane Tracing Assist to keep you centered on long highway stretches. Adaptive Radar Cruise Control makes the drive between Dubai and Abu Dhabi effortless by maintaining a safe distance from traffic automatically. The vehicle is also equipped with 10 SRS airbags and Blind Spot Monitoring, providing comprehensive protection for all occupants.

The bottom line

This LX600 Signature is the definitive choice for a buyer who demands the highest level of Japanese luxury and mechanical peace of mind in the GCC. It offers a rare color and top-tier specifications, making it a standout opportunity in the current used market.
