Summary

This 2024 Nissan Kicks SV is a standout choice for urban commuters in the GCC, offering a fuel-efficient 1.5L engine that excels in stop-start traffic. With under 29,000 km, this unit has been driven less than the regional annual average, ensuring it remains in peak mechanical condition. The Grey exterior is a highly practical choice for the local climate, maintaining strong resale value and hiding desert dust well. As an SV trim, it bridges the gap between value and technology, featuring essential driver aids and a larger infotainment screen. For a buyer seeking a modern, low-mileage crossover with widespread parts availability across the Emirates and Saudi Arabia, this listing represents a secure investment.

This Car vs Other 2024 Nissan Kickss

With only 28,810 km on the odometer, this Kicks has significantly lower mileage than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen on GCC highways. This low usage translates to less wear on the suspension and cooling systems, which are critical for longevity in the local heat. The Grey exterior is one of the most resilient colors for the region, offering better heat reflection than darker tones while maintaining a neutral profile that is always in high demand on the secondary market.

SV vs Lower Trims

The SV trim is a significant step up from the base S model, most notably adding 17-inch alloy wheels and silver roof rails that provide a more premium aesthetic. Inside, you benefit from an upgraded 8-inch touchscreen featuring NissanConnect services and a 7-inch digital driver information display. Crucially for GCC drivers, the SV includes Intelligent Cruise Control and Remote Engine Start, allowing you to cool the cabin before entering during the peak summer months.

Kicks vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Kia Sonet and Hyundai Venue, the Nissan Kicks offers a longer wheelbase that contributes to superior highway stability on long drives between cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. While rivals often reserve advanced safety tech for top-tier trims, the Kicks SV comes standard with Nissan Safety Shield 360, providing comprehensive protection. Additionally, Nissan’s broader service footprint across the smaller towns of the GCC gives it a clear ownership advantage over less established brands.

Running Costs & Resale

The Kicks is one of the most economical crossovers in its class, achieving a manufacturer-official 6.5 L/100km, which helps mitigate the cost of frequent city commuting. Maintenance is straightforward with service intervals typically every 10,000 km, supported by one of the most extensive authorized dealer networks in the Middle East. Historically, the Kicks holds its value exceptionally well in the GCC, with a lower annual depreciation rate than its American or European counterparts due to high local demand for Japanese reliability.

Performance & Capability

Powered by a refined 1.5L engine producing 100 horsepower, the Kicks is specifically tuned for efficiency and smooth delivery via the Xtronic CVT. It handles the fast-moving multi-lane highways of the UAE with confidence and offers a tight turning circle that makes it effortless to park in crowded urban areas. While it is a front-wheel-drive crossover intended for tarmac, its 175 mm ground clearance provides peace of mind when navigating gravel tracks or unpaved parking areas common near GCC beaches.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed to maximize space for five passengers, featuring Nissan's fatigue-reducing Zero Gravity seats which are invaluable during long cross-country drives. The air conditioning system is famously robust, capable of reaching comfortable temperatures rapidly even when the car has been parked in direct sun. You also get 716 litres of boot space with the seats up, which is among the best in the subcompact segment, easily accommodating large grocery hauls or weekend luggage.

Safety

Safety is a primary focus for the SV trim, which features the full Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite as standard. This includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, all of which are essential for navigating the high-speed traffic and heavy lane-merging characteristic of GCC motorways. The inclusion of Rear Automatic Braking and high-beam assist further enhances safety during nighttime drives on unlit desert roads.

The bottom line

This low-mileage 2024 Kicks SV is the ideal solution for a buyer wanting a nearly-new Japanese crossover that balances modern tech with the region's best fuel economy and resale prospects.
