Summary

This 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 RS is a pinnacle of track-focused engineering, now available with just 8,000 km in rare GCC specification. As a single-year vehicle with such low mileage, it represents a high-demand opportunity in a market where these models are typically held in private collections. The Grey exterior is a highly desirable, neutral palette that significantly supports long-term resale value across the UAE and wider GCC region. Unlike standard performance cars, the GT3 RS is built around aerodynamics and weight reduction, making it the most capable 911 variant for those who split their time between the highway and the circuit. For the serious GCC owner, the local warranty status and regional cooling package ensure this race-bred machine handles summer temperatures with absolute reliability.

This Car vs Other 2024 911s

With 8,000 km, this GT3 RS is well below the average GCC annual usage of 20,000 km, placing it in the top tier of available inventory. The GCC regional spec is a major advantage, ensuring full service history and warranty support at authorized centers like Al Nabooda or Ali & Sons. While many 2024 models have already seen heavy track use, this example’s low mileage and neutral Grey finish make it a safer long-term investment for local resale.

GT3RS vs Lower Trims

The GT3 RS moves far beyond the standard GT3, adding a massive swan-neck rear wing with a Drag Reduction System (DRS) and significant CFRP bodywork. It features unique steering wheel-mounted dials that allow the driver to adjust compression and rebound damping on the fly, a feature highly valued by enthusiast drivers in the region. Inside, you get full carbon bucket seats and a focus on weight savings that the Touring or Carrera models cannot match.

911 vs Segment Rivals

Against rivals like the McLaren 750S or the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, the 911 GT3 RS stands out for its high-revving, naturally aspirated engine and legendary reliability in high heat. It offers a more visceral, connected steering feel that is often preferred for technical driving at the Dubai Autodrome or Yas Marina Circuit. The Porsche also benefits from a much stronger authorized service network across all GCC countries compared to boutique supercar brands.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages approximately 13.2 L/100km on the combined cycle, though this can increase significantly during spirited driving or stop-start traffic in cities like Riyadh or Dubai. Service intervals are typically every 10,000 km or 12 months, with GCC Porsche centers providing comprehensive maintenance packages. The 911 GT3 RS historically enjoys some of the best value retention in the UAE, often trading at or even above its original list price due to limited production numbers.

Performance & Capability

The 4.0-liter flat-six delivers 518 hp, pushing the car to a top speed of 296 km/h. Its defining characteristic is the 860 kg of downforce it generates at 285 km/h, providing incredible stability during high-speed highway overtaking or track cornering. The 7-speed PDK transmission is specifically tuned for short ratios, ensuring the power is always available for immediate response on the fast-moving highways of the GCC.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is built for purpose, featuring lightweight door pull loops and a motorsport-inspired digital instrument cluster. Despite its racing intent, the air conditioning system is exceptionally powerful, a necessity for comfortable summer driving in the Gulf. The cabin is lined with Race-Tex and carbon fiber, providing a high-end feel that balances its raw performance capabilities with Porsche's signature interior quality.

Safety

Safety is managed by Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with specialized sport tuning that allows for high-performance limits while maintaining a safety net. The car includes high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes (PCCB) as standard, offering fade-free stopping power that is crucial for safety during high-speed driving in desert conditions. Front and side airbags are integrated into the lightweight cabin structure to protect both occupants.

The bottom line

This is a rare chance to own the most aggressive 911 ever built in a low-mileage, GCC-spec package that is perfectly suited for the region's elite driving community.
