Summary

This 2025 Audi A5 35 TFSI is a compelling choice for the GCC market, offering a near-new experience with just 5,774 km on the clock. Finished in Grey—a color with consistently high resale demand across the UAE and wider region—it provides the perfect balance of German luxury and daily efficiency. As an entry point into the Audi coupe lineup, it stands out for its sharp design and low running costs compared to larger-displacement rivals. For a buyer in the Gulf, this represents a significant saving over a showroom-fresh model while maintaining its mechanical integrity and factory-fresh feel.

This Car vs Other 2025 A5s

With only 5,774 km, this A5 has seen significantly less use than the average 20,000–25,000 km annual mileage typically seen in the GCC. The Grey exterior is a strategic choice for local buyers, offering better heat reflection than black while maintaining a premium aesthetic that holds value exceptionally well in the used market.

35 TFSI vs Lower Trims

As the refined entry into the A5 range, the 35 TFSI trim includes essential luxury features that GCC buyers prioritize, such as the digital MMI touch display and leather upholstery. It offers a more efficient alternative to the 40 TFSI, specifically tuned for drivers who value fuel economy during heavy Dubai or Riyadh city traffic without sacrificing the premium cabin experience.

A5 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the BMW 4 Series and Mercedes-Benz CLE, the A5 leads with a more intuitive cabin layout and a class-competitive 450-litre boot that easily accommodates golf clubs or weekend luggage. Its front-wheel-drive configuration makes it lighter and more fuel-efficient for long highway commutes between emirates compared to heavier all-wheel-drive competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

The 2.0L 35 TFSI engine is remarkably efficient, averaging approximately 5.9 L/100km, which is ideal for the long distances common in GCC driving. Service intervals are typically set at 15,000 km or 12 months, with a robust network of authorized Audi centers available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. While European coupes see roughly 15% annual depreciation, this specific car's low mileage provides a strong buffer for future resale value.

Performance & Capability

The A5 delivers a smooth top speed of 225 km/h, ensuring it feels calm and assured on the fast-moving E11 highway. The 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission provides snappy shifts that make overtaking effortless, while the front-wheel-drive setup ensures predictable handling in both city and highway conditions. With 270 Nm of torque available early in the rev range, it feels responsive and agile in stop-start urban traffic.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of German engineering, featuring Audi's signature digital cockpit and high-quality insulation that keeps the interior cool even in peak summer heat. Five-seat capacity and a focused driver-centric layout make it a versatile choice for both executive use and small families. Standard features include powerful multi-zone climate control, ensuring rapid cabin cooling essential for the Gulf climate.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive, featuring Audi's Pre-Sense city system which acts as a second set of eyes in dense traffic. Standard features include multiple airbags, lane departure warning, and parking sensors that are invaluable in tight mall parking. The car is also equipped with advanced stability control systems that ensure maximum grip on highways during occasional sand or dust storms.

The bottom line

This is the ideal opportunity for a professional looking for a prestigious German coupe that looks and drives like new, without the initial depreciation hit of a showroom purchase.
