Summary

This 2025 M4 Competition M xDrive is a rare find in the local market, offering the latest power bump to 530 hp just one year into its lifecycle. With a vibrant yellow exterior—a highly sought-after M-specific shade—it stands out for its strong resale potential among GCC enthusiasts. Its low mileage relative to the regional average of 25,000 km per year makes it an exceptionally fresh example for any serious collector or daily driver. This model bridges the gap between a track-ready weapon and a sophisticated daily coupe, perfectly suited for the UAE's high-speed highway infrastructure. Ownership in the GCC is supported by a robust BMW service network, ensuring peace of mind across the Emirates.

This Car vs Other 2025 M4s

With just 25,200 km, this vehicle sits significantly below the typical 30,000–35,000 km expected for a performance car of this age in the GCC. The yellow finish is a signature M launch color that holds a premium in the secondary market compared to standard greys or whites. It represents the updated LCI facelift, featuring the revised headlights and power increase not found on earlier G82 models.

COMPETITION M XDRIVE vs Lower Trims

The Competition M xDrive is the definitive choice for the GCC, adding the rear-biased all-wheel-drive system that provides superior traction on sand-dusted asphalt. It delivers 57 hp more than the standard M4 and replaces the manual gearbox with a lightning-fast 8-speed M Steptronic transmission. Key upgrades include staggered 19/20-inch M forged wheels and the M xDrive system with a selectable 2WD mode for traditional handling.

M4 vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Mercedes-AMG C63 and Audi RS5, the M4 leads with its S58 straight-six engine character and pure driver engagement. While rivals have moved toward heavy hybridization, the M4 maintains a lighter footprint and more aggressive cooling systems designed for high-ambient temperatures. The M xDrive system offers more versatility for UAE drivers, allowing a seamless transition from daily safety to track-ready performance.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages 10.4 L/100km, though stop-start city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh will see this rise. BMW's authorized service centers are widely available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, typically requiring maintenance every 12,000 km. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it retains roughly 85-87% of its value after the first year, outperforming European imports that lack local warranty and cooling adaptations.

Performance & Capability

The 530 hp output enables a blistering 0–100 km/h sprint of 3.5 seconds, providing effortless overtaking power on the E11 highway. The M xDrive system is tuned for the region's heat, managing torque distribution to prevent overheating during spirited drives. Adaptive M Suspension allows you to soften the ride for the daily commute or stiffen it for weekend sessions at the Dubai Autodrome.

Comfort & Cabin

The 4-seat cabin features the massive BMW Curved Display with iDrive 8.5, offering seamless wireless connectivity. For the GCC climate, the multi-zone climate control is highly effective, and the cabin is well-insulated against road noise and external heat. The 340-litre boot provides enough practicality for weekend trips between Emirates while maintaining a driver-focused cockpit.

Safety

Standard safety features include BMW’s full ADAS suite with Front Collision Warning and Lane Departure Warning, essential for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic. The M-specific traction control and all-wheel-drive grip provide an extra layer of security on gravel-strewn surfaces or during rare rain events. Blind-spot monitoring and a high-resolution 360-degree camera make parking in tight urban spaces effortless.

The bottom line

For the UAE buyer who demands the latest 530 hp evolution in a high-visibility color, this low-mileage 2025 Competition xDrive is the ultimate turn-key performance opportunity.
