Summary

This 2025 Purosangue in the NOVITEC trim offers a rare chance to own Ferrari's first four-door V12 with exceptionally low mileage of just 4500 km. While most performance SUVs have turned to turbocharging, the Purosangue's high-revving atmospheric engine and mid-front layout make it an immediate collectible in the GCC market. The sophisticated Grey finish is a high-demand color in the region, ensuring better-than-average value retention for luxury buyers. For the local driver, this European-spec model provides the pinnacle of Ferrari's performance DNA paired with the ground clearance and all-wheel-drive grip needed for effortless regional touring.

This Car vs Other 2025 Purosangues

With just 4500 km on the odometer, this Purosangue sits well below the typical 15,000–20,000 km annual average seen on the UAE's high-speed highway networks. Most 2025 models currently in the GCC market are either delivery-mileage units at a massive premium or have seen heavier executive use, making this a balanced 'sweet spot' for a collector. The Grey exterior is one of the top three resale colors in the UAE, providing a distinct advantage over more niche factory finishes.

NOVITEC vs Lower Trims

The NOVITEC enhancement adds aggressive carbon fiber aerodynamic elements and lightweight forged wheels that differentiate this car from a standard factory Purosangue. These upgrades are highly valued in the GCC market, where individualization and high-spec carbon packages command a premium. This trim often includes the high-end audio system and ventilated massage seats, which are essential for maintaining cabin comfort during extreme Gulf summers.

Purosangue vs Segment Rivals

Unlike the Lamborghini Urus or Aston Martin DBX707 which rely on twin-turbocharged V8 engines, the Purosangue stands alone with a naturally aspirated V12 that delivers a linear power band and an iconic Ferrari soundtrack. Its unique transaxle layout provides a 49:51 weight distribution that outperforms typical SUV-style rivals in high-speed highway stability. For the long-distance GCC commuter, the 100-litre fuel tank provides a significant range advantage for cross-emirate travel.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this 6.5L V12 averages approximately 17.3 L/100km on a combined cycle, though city driving in heavy Dubai or Riyadh traffic will see higher figures. As a European-spec import, buyers should confirm service compatibility with local authorized centers; however, Ferrari's widespread specialist network in the UAE ensures parts are accessible. While European imports typically see 12-15% annual depreciation in the GCC, the Purosangue's limited production status helps it retain value significantly better than standard luxury crossovers.

Performance & Capability

The 710 hp V12 enables a sub-3.3 second sprint to 100 km/h, making it one of the fastest four-door vehicles on GCC roads. The world-first active suspension system allows the car to lower itself for high-speed highway cruising or raise its 185 mm ground clearance for uneven terrain and speed humps. Multiple drive modes, including Ice and Wet, provide advanced stability control that is particularly effective on the sand-dusted road surfaces often found across the region.

Comfort & Cabin

The unique 4-seat layout features four individual, electrically adjustable heated seats, providing an executive experience for all passengers. Access is handled by dramatic rear-hinged 'welcome' doors that simplify entry and exit in tight parking spaces. The cabin is designed for the desert climate with a high-performance multi-zone climate control system and available seat ventilation to manage heat soak effectively. A dedicated passenger-side display ensures everyone is engaged during long highway drives.

Safety

This trim includes a comprehensive ADAS suite featuring adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and autonomous emergency braking, which are invaluable for fast-moving UAE highway traffic. A standard 360-degree surround-view camera helps navigate the vehicle's wide stance in narrow urban environments. The advanced electronic side slip control (eSSC) and all-wheel steering work together to maintain maximum traction on both gravel and paved surfaces.

The bottom line

This is a prime opportunity for a UAE-based enthusiast to secure a nearly-new V12 thoroughbred with the exclusive NOVITEC look in a high-resale color. It represents the ultimate intersection of Ferrari supercar performance and daily GCC usability.
