Summary

This 2025 Lexus LX700h Signature represents a unique opportunity for GCC buyers, offering the very first hybrid powertrain in the flagship LX history. Despite being just one year old, this specific unit has already covered 61,706 km, suggesting significant highway use which is common for executive travel between emirates. The Signature trim provides a perfect balance of off-road capability and luxury, outclassing rivals with its parallel hybrid system that prioritizes torque for heavy-duty tasks. As a GCC-spec vehicle in white, it occupies the most desirable niche for resale and cooling efficiency in the region. For a buyer looking to step into the latest Lexus technology without the waiting list of a new order, this is a mechanically robust choice suited for both city traffic and cross-border drives.

This Car vs Other 2025 LX700hs

With 61,706 km on the odometer, this LX700h has been driven more than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average for the GCC. However, this level of mileage on a one-year-old Lexus flagship often indicates long-distance highway cruising rather than harsh city stop-start wear. The white exterior is the highest-performing color for heat rejection and remains the strongest for resale value in the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets.

SIGNATURE vs Lower Trims

The Signature trim is highly specified for the GCC, adding critical luxury features over the base models. It includes the advanced Multi-Terrain Select system and Crawl Control as standard, alongside ventilated seating which is an absolute necessity for the local climate. While higher trims like the Ultra Luxury move to a four-seat layout, the Signature retains the seven-seat configuration, making it far more practical for large families.

LX700h vs Segment Rivals

The LX700h leads its primary rival, the Range Rover P440e, in terms of long-term reliability and service network density across the GCC. While the Cadillac Escalade offers more raw volume, the Lexus hybrid system provides 790 Nm of torque, which is superior for climbing dunes or overtaking on the E11 highway. Its body-on-frame construction also gives it a durability edge over monocoque rivals when navigating rugged desert terrain.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this hybrid powertrain is approximately 11.7 L/100km combined, offering a noticeable improvement in stop-start city traffic compared to the standard LX600. Lexus maintains one of the strongest value retention rates in the GCC, typically depreciating only 8–10% annually compared to 15%+ for European competitors. Authorized service centers are widely available in every major GCC city, ensuring parts and expert maintenance are never an issue.

Performance & Capability

The hybrid powertrain delivers a combined 457 hp and a massive 790 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in approximately 6 seconds. This electric assistance is particularly useful in the GCC for immediate low-end torque when navigating soft sand or heavy traffic. The full-time all-wheel-drive system and electronic locking center differential ensure it remains a true off-roader despite its luxury flagship status.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is configured for seven passengers across three rows, with a powerful GCC-spec air conditioning system designed to handle 50°C+ summers. Standard features on this Signature trim include ventilated front seats and a cooled center console refrigerator for long road trips. The dual-touchscreen interface provides seamless navigation and vehicle settings, while acoustic glass helps isolate the cabin from wind noise during high-speed highway travel.

Safety

This LX700h comes standard with the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, a comprehensive suite including Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. The 360-degree camera system is vital for parking this large SUV in tight urban spaces, while Blind Spot Monitor and Lane Tracing Assist provide essential support on fast-moving GCC highways. Multi-terrain monitors also provide a transparent view of the ground beneath the vehicle during off-road excursions.

The bottom line

This is a high-mileage but nearly new example of the region's most trusted luxury SUV, perfect for a buyer who wants the fuel-efficient hybrid flagship today without the usual premium for delivery-mileage cars.
