Summary

This 2025 Lexus RX500h F Sport Performance offers a rare combination of electrified efficiency and genuine driver engagement, featuring the advanced DIRECT4 AWD system. With only 19,000 km, this vehicle is well below the typical GCC annual mileage average, representing a significant buying advantage for a nearly-new SUV. The White exterior is the highest-demand color in the UAE and wider region, ensuring maximum resale liquidity and heat reflection during summer months. As the flagship of the RX range, it bridges the gap between a sensible family cruiser and a performance-oriented SUV, making it the ideal choice for those who frequent the E11 but want punchy acceleration for city overtakes. Lexus's legendary reliability coupled with this low mileage makes it a worry-free premium investment for the local market.

This Car vs Other 2025 RX500hs

At 19,000 km, this RX500h has been driven less than the 20,000–25,000 km typically seen annually on GCC roads. Its condition reflects a vehicle that has spent more time in climate-controlled environments than on long-distance cross-border hauls. The White paintwork is the most strategic choice for the region, offering the strongest value retention and best thermal performance in extreme heat.

F SPORT PERFORMANCE vs Lower Trims

Choosing the F Sport Performance trim adds the high-output 2.4L turbo-hybrid system and the sophisticated DIRECT4 AWD platform, which are not available on the efficiency-focused RX350h. This flagship trim also includes 21-inch wheels, rear-wheel steering for tighter U-turns in city traffic, and an upgraded 14-inch touchscreen with the Mark Levinson 21-speaker audio system as standard.

RX500h vs Segment Rivals

The RX500h competes directly with the BMW X5 xDrive40i and Mercedes-Benz GLE 450, leading them in terms of hybrid city efficiency and long-term maintenance simplicity. While German rivals lean toward complex air suspensions, the Lexus utilizes an Adaptive Variable Suspension that is specifically tuned to handle the high-temperature friction of GCC highways while maintaining a quieter cabin environment.

Running Costs & Resale

Lexus enjoys some of the strongest value retention in the GCC, with the RX typically retaining significantly more value after three years compared to its European counterparts. Real-world fuel economy is impressive for a 366 hp SUV, averaging approximately 7.2L/100km in stop-start city traffic. Service intervals are set at 10,000 km, supported by the most extensive luxury service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, ensuring parts are always readily available.

Performance & Capability

The RX500h delivers a verified 0–100 km/h time of 6.2 seconds, powered by a turbocharged hybrid setup that provides instant torque for highway overtaking. The DIRECT4 system actively shifts power between axles to minimize body roll during cornering, while the active rear-steering makes this mid-sized SUV feel as nimble as a compact sedan in tight mall parking lots. Four distinct drive modes allow you to prioritize EV-only silent crawling in residential areas or full-bore turbo response for the open road.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is a sanctuary from the GCC summer, featuring high-output ventilated front seats and a triple-zone climate control system that is widely regarded as the most powerful in the segment. Acoustic glass significantly reduces wind noise during high-speed cruising, while the 612-litre boot provides ample space for family staycations. The F Sport-specific seats offer increased lateral support without sacrificing the plushness expected from a Lexus flagship.

Safety

Standard on this trim is the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, which includes a highly calibrated 360-degree camera system and Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection. For GCC highway driving, the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control and Lane Tracing Assist significantly reduce driver fatigue on long stretches between Emirates. It also features eight airbags and Blind Spot Monitoring, which is essential for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic.

The bottom line

This is the perfect opportunity for a GCC buyer to secure the flagship Lexus hybrid experience with low mileage and the region's best resale color, all while skipping the initial depreciation of a showroom-fresh car.
