Summary

This 2025 G63 AMG represents the latest technical update for the iconic G-Wagon, now featuring a 48V mild-hybrid system that smooths out urban stop-start traffic in the GCC. With just 16,000 km, this example is barely broken in and offers a significant advantage over high-mileage alternatives common in the UAE market. The green exterior is a distinctive choice that stands out in a sea of silver and white while maintaining strong prestige value across the region. As an AMG model, it provides the perfect blend of high-performance highway overtaking and genuine desert capability that few luxury SUVs can match. This specific listing is a prime opportunity to own the current-generation facelift with the improved MBUX interface and active suspension.

This Car vs Other 2025 G63 AMGs

With 16,000 km on the odometer, this G63 sits well below the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC, suggesting it was used as a secondary luxury vehicle rather than a daily commuter. While the Korean regional spec is a high-quality build, buyers should note that local service contracts may differ from official GCC-spec agency cars, though parts are readily available via the extensive Mercedes-Benz network. The unique green finish adds a layer of exclusivity that can actually shorten resale time in the UAE's vibrant luxury car market.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The AMG G63 is the high-performance pinnacle of the G-Class range, adding a handcrafted V8 biturbo engine that replaces the inline-six found in the G550. This trim includes the AMG Speedshift 9-speed transmission, AMG adaptive sport suspension, and the iconic side-exit exhaust system as standard. Inside, it features Nappa leather upholstery, a performance steering wheel, and the specialized 'Offroad Cockpit' with a transparent hood view, which is essential for navigating rocky terrain.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

The G63 AMG leads rivals like the Lamborghini Urus and Range Rover Autobiography by retaining a rugged ladder-frame chassis and three mechanical locking differentials, offering superior durability in deep sand. While the Urus focuses on track-like dynamics, the G-Wagon provides a commanding upright driving position and better ground clearance for GCC off-roading. Its 100-liter fuel tank is specifically beneficial for long-distance desert crossings and inter-emirate highway drives.

Running Costs & Resale

The new 48V mild-hybrid system brings a slight improvement to efficiency, though real-world GCC city consumption typically averages around 18.1 L/100km. Service intervals are generally every 15,000 km or 12 months, with authorized service centers widely available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. The G63 AMG is renowned for holding its value exceptionally well in the GCC, often retaining over 80% of its MSRP after the first year, significantly outperforming luxury sedans.

Performance & Capability

The 585 hp V8 delivers a 0–100 km/h time of just 4.4 seconds, a theatrical feat for a 2.6-ton SUV that makes highway overtaking effortless. It features a permanent all-wheel-drive system with a 40:60 rear-biased torque split and a dedicated low-range transfer case for serious off-roading. With a maximum fording depth of 700 mm and specialized Sand, Trail, and Rock modes, it is equally at home on the dunes as it is on the highway.

Comfort & Cabin

The 2025 cabin update includes the latest MBUX touchscreen interface and a Burmester 3D Surround Sound system as standard equipment. The tri-zone climate control is engineered to handle extreme 45°C+ summer heat, complemented by high-performance heat-insulating glass. Heated and ventilated seats ensure passenger comfort during long drives between Dubai and Riyadh, while the signature mechanical door-closing sound remains a hallmark of its build quality.

Safety

The G63 AMG comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite including Active Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Adaptive Cruise Control, which are vital for fast-moving UAE highway traffic. The new 360-degree camera with 'Transparent Hood' technology allows the driver to see obstacles directly beneath the engine bay. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz's Pre-Safe system and multiple airbags provide top-tier occupant protection in both urban and off-road environments.

The bottom line

This 2025 G63 AMG is the ideal choice for a GCC buyer seeking the latest tech and low mileage in a distinctive color. It offers the best resale retention in its class and is ready for both the city and the desert immediately.
