Summary

This 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS is a track-ready powerhouse that offers an unparalleled driving experience in the GCC. With only 900 km on the odometer, this one-year-old vehicle is essentially in showroom condition, presenting a significant advantage for collectors and performance enthusiasts. The Grey exterior is a highly desirable, resale-friendly choice in the local market, holding its value exceptionally well. As the most extreme naturally aspirated 911 available, it stands alone against rivals like the Ferrari 296 GTB and Lamborghini Huracán STO by offering a pure, high-revving motorsport soul. For the GCC buyer, the advanced active aerodynamics and legendary Porsche cooling systems ensure reliable performance even during the intense summer heat.

This Car vs Other 2025 911s

With just 900 km, this GT3 RS has covered significantly less distance than the 20,000–25,000 km typically seen annually on GCC roads. This ultra-low mileage makes it a standout listing in the regional used market, offering a mechanically fresh engine and pristine carbon-fiber components. The Grey finish is a strategic choice for the UAE, combining understated aggression with the strong resale demand characteristic of neutral tones in the region.

GT3RS vs Lower Trims

The GT3 RS moves far beyond the standard GT3 by introducing a massive, drag-reduction system (DRS) enabled rear wing and extreme weight-saving measures including CFRP doors and roof. It adds specialized motorsport-derived suspension adjustments directly on the steering wheel, allowing the driver to tune compression and rebound on the fly. Unlike the more road-biased Carrera models, the RS features a single central radiator and aggressive fender venting designed for maximum downforce.

911 vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series or the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 rely on turbocharging or larger displacements, the 911 GT3 RS leads with its 9,000 rpm naturally aspirated redline. Its rear-engine layout provides unique traction advantages for high-speed highway overtaking on the E11. Porsche’s extensive authorized service network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh offers a level of ownership support and parts availability that few boutique supercar manufacturers can match in the GCC.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this high-performance flat-six is approximately 13.2 L/100km combined, though city driving in heavy Dubai traffic will see higher figures. As a European spec vehicle, buyers should confirm service compatibility with local authorized centers; however, the GT3 RS typically enjoys one of the lowest depreciation rates in the luxury segment due to its high demand and limited production. Routine maintenance is recommended annually or every 20,000 km, though track-focused owners often opt for earlier oil changes to preserve engine health in the desert climate.

Performance & Capability

The heart of this machine is a 518 hp 4.0-litre flat-six engine that delivers instantaneous throttle response and a top speed of 296 km/h. It utilizes Porsche Active Aerodynamics (PAA) to generate over 400 kg of downforce at 200 km/h, ensuring the car remains glued to the asphalt during high-speed cornering at the Dubai Autodrome. The 7-speed PDK transmission is specifically geared for acceleration, making it one of the quickest and most communicative rear-wheel-drive cars ever produced.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is a masterclass in motorsport ergonomics, featuring lightweight carbon-fiber bucket seats and a GT3 RS-specific steering wheel with four dedicated mode dials. Despite its track focus, the cabin remains equipped with high-performance air conditioning essential for the GCC summer and a high-resolution 10.9-inch touchscreen for connectivity. Alcantara and leather finishes provide a premium feel, while the absence of rear seats emphasizes its purpose-built nature for focused driving.

Safety

Safety is managed through a combination of high-performance hardware and intelligent software, including Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and massive six-piston front brakes for incredible stopping power. Rear-axle steering enhances stability during fast highway lane changes and improves maneuverability in tight urban environments. The car also features a full suite of airbags and a reinforced chassis designed to meet stringent global safety standards.

The bottom line

This 911 GT3 RS is the perfect opportunity for a GCC collector to secure a nearly-new, high-spec track weapon that is as at home on the Yas Marina Circuit as it is on the streets of Dubai.
