Summary

This 2025 Porsche Macan S offers a compelling entry point into the world of performance SUVs, combining nearly new mechanicals with just 12,047 km on the clock. Finished in a classic Blue that holds steady appeal in the GCC used market, this S trim provides a significant power jump over the base and T models. As a one-year-old vehicle, it sits in the sweet spot of its depreciation curve, offering a like-new driving experience without the initial showroom premium. For the GCC buyer, the standard Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and the robust cooling systems ensure it handles both the summer heat and high-speed commutes between the Emirates with ease. This listing represents a sharp opportunity to secure a high-spec Porsche with very low mileage for its age.

This Car vs Other 2025 Macans

With just 12,047 km, this vehicle’s mileage is significantly lower than the GCC annual average of 20,000–25,000 km, essentially making it a low-use example. While many available units are the base 2.0L variants, this S trim provides the more desirable twin-turbo V6, which is a major differentiator for performance-minded buyers. The exterior Blue is a sophisticated alternative to the common greyscale palette, maintaining strong desirability for future resale in the local market.

S vs Lower Trims

The Macan S is defined by its 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6, delivering a massive 114 hp increase over the base model's 4-cylinder engine. Beyond the engine, the S trim adds Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard, offering much-needed versatility for GCC road conditions. You also get upgraded 20-inch wheels, red-painted brake calipers, and quad-exit exhausts, providing the visual and mechanical presence that base trims lack.

Macan vs Segment Rivals

The Macan S consistently leads rivals like the BMW X3 M40i and Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 in terms of steering precision and chassis balance. While competitors may focus on raw utility, the Porsche offers a sports-car-derived PDK transmission that is significantly sharper for spirited driving on the UAE's well-maintained highways. Its compact footprint also makes it much easier to maneuver in tight city parking in Dubai or Riyadh compared to its larger siblings.

Running Costs & Resale

Porsche models in the GCC benefit from an extensive authorized service network through Al Nabooda and Ali & Sons, ensuring high-quality maintenance is always accessible. Service intervals are typically every 15,000 km or annually, and as a GCC-spec vehicle, it retains the highest possible value and eligibility for local warranty programs. While performance SUVs see higher depreciation than Japanese brands, the Macan S holds its value remarkably well compared to other European luxury crossovers, typically retaining strong interest at the three-year mark.

Performance & Capability

The headline figure is the 4.8-second 0–100 km/h sprint, which allows for effortless overtaking on fast-moving highways like Sheikh Zayed Road. The Four Wheel Drive system is rear-biased, preserving the Porsche feel while providing maximum traction during occasional heavy rain or on sandy side roads. With 375 hp and a top speed of 259 km/h, it offers performance that comfortably bridges the gap between a family SUV and a dedicated sports car.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a driver-focused environment featuring the 10.9-inch Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with seamless smartphone integration. For the GCC climate, the three-zone automatic climate control is exceptionally effective at cooling the small cabin quickly after being parked in the sun. Despite its performance focus, it comfortably seats five and offers a flexible boot space suitable for weekend trips to the northern Emirates.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive, featuring Porsche’s full suite of airbags and stability management systems tailored for high-speed stability. Standard driver assistance includes lane departure warning and front/rear ParkAssist with a reversing camera, which are essential for navigating busy urban traffic. The upgraded braking system of the S trim provides consistent, fade-free stopping power, offering extra confidence during the high-speed braking scenarios common on major GCC motorways.

The bottom line

This Macan S is the perfect choice for an executive or small family who refuses to sacrifice Porsche's legendary driving dynamics for SUV practicality. With such low mileage on a 2025 model, it is one of the most mechanically fresh examples currently available in the UAE market.
