Summary

This 2025 RAM 1500 Bighorn is a standout opportunity, effectively a new vehicle with only 100 km on the clock, offering a significant saving over showroom retail prices. Dressed in high-resale Black, this GCC-spec model features the all-new 3.0L Hurricane twin-turbo engine, which provides more power and better highway efficiency than the outgoing V8. The Bighorn trim hits the sweet spot for the UAE market, balancing rugged capability with a refined interior that handles the heat and long highway hauls with ease. For the GCC buyer, the combination of a factory-fresh feel and the latest technical updates makes this one of the most compelling pickups available today.

This Car vs Other 2025 RAM 1500s

With just 100 km, this vehicle is in delivery condition and sits well below the typical 20,000 km annual average for GCC trucks. Its Black exterior is a top-tier choice for resale value in the region, ensuring better equity retention compared to niche colors. Being a GCC-spec model, it carries the full peace of mind regarding local warranty and service center compatibility across the Emirates and wider Gulf.

BIGHORN CREW CAB vs Lower Trims

The Bighorn trim significantly upgrades the cabin experience over the base Tradesman, introducing the expansive 12-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen and premium cloth upholstery that is more breathable in the summer heat. It also adds essential convenience features for the region, including remote start to pre-cool the cabin and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, along with front and rear parking sensors that are vital for navigating tight urban spaces.

RAM 1500 vs Segment Rivals

The RAM 1500 continues to lead the Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado in ride quality thanks to its unique coil-spring rear suspension, providing a much smoother experience on the E11 highway. While rivals rely on larger displacement or older architectures, the new Hurricane engine in this RAM delivers superior torque and refinement. Its interior storage solutions, like the center console configuration, remain the most versatile for family road trips across the GCC.

Running Costs & Resale

The new 3.0L Hurricane engine is engineered for efficiency, returning approximately 12.4 L/100km in combined 4WD driving, a noticeable improvement for long-distance hauls between cities. RAM maintains a strong service network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with standard service intervals every 12,000 km. While American trucks face steep initial depreciation, the Bighorn trim holds its value well at the three-year mark due to its high demand in the used market.

Performance & Capability

The new 3.0L twin-turbo I6 delivers 420 hp and a massive 635 Nm of torque, ensuring effortless overtaking even when fully loaded. With a maximum braked towing capacity of 5,239 kg, it is one of the most capable workhorses in its class for hauling boats or trailers. The selectable Four Wheel Drive system and 8-speed TorqueFlite transmission are perfectly tuned for both high-speed highway stability and weekend desert excursions.

Comfort & Cabin

The Crew Cab configuration offers genuine limousine-like legroom in the rear, making it ideal for families. The air conditioning system is specifically calibrated for extreme GCC temperatures, featuring dedicated rear vents and a high-output compressor to keep all five passengers cool. The cabin is further refined with acoustic glass and active noise cancellation, providing a quiet sanctuary from wind noise during fast highway commutes.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive with six airbags and a high-strength steel frame designed for maximum occupant protection. This trim includes essential driver aids like Electronic Stability Control with Ready Alert Braking, which is particularly useful on sandy or rain-slicked surfaces. Standard features such as the ParkView rear back-up camera and front/rear park assist provide additional confidence when maneuvering this large pickup in busy city traffic.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the very latest Hurricane-powered RAM without the first-owner depreciation hit, this delivery-mileage Bighorn is the perfect choice for both daily family duties and heavy-duty utility in the GCC.
