Tesla Model S LONG RANGE

Highlights

• 660 km electric range (WLTP)
• 0–100 km/h in 3.2 seconds
• 250 kW peak DC charging

Summary

This 2025 Model S Long Range represents the latest evolution of Tesla’s flagship sedan, featuring the refined cabin acoustics and hardware updates introduced in the most recent production run. With just 13,000 km, this vehicle is exceptionally fresh for the GCC market, where highway-intensive driving typically results in much higher annual usage. The Silver exterior is a premier choice for the region, offering the best heat reflection during peak summer and high resale desirability at local auctions. While rivals from BMW and Lucid focus on traditional luxury materials, the Model S leads with its expansive Supercharger network and superior software-driven interface. As an American spec vehicle, it offers significant upfront value but requires consideration regarding its specialized service path and localized connectivity in the UAE.

This Car vs Other 2025 Model Ss

With only 13,000 km on the odometer, this listing sits well below the average 25,000 km typically covered by GCC executives in their first year of ownership. The Silver finish is not only one of the highest-retained colors in the UAE used market but also provides a distinct thermal advantage over darker hues in the desert sun. Being a late-2025 build, it benefits from the improved active noise cancellation and suspension tuning that early-year production models lacked.

LONG RANGE vs Lower Trims

As the current entry point for the 2025 model year, this trim focuses on maximizing efficiency and daily usability over the raw track-focused Plaid. It features the same premium 22-speaker audio system and ventilated seating as the higher trim, but utilizes a dual-motor setup that extends range significantly for cross-emirate commutes. This specific trim is highly favored by GCC buyers who prioritize long-distance travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi without the need for frequent charging stops.

Model S vs Segment Rivals

The Model S maintains a clear advantage over the Porsche Taycan and BMW i5 in terms of usable cargo space, thanks to its deep hatchback design and additional front frunk. While the Lucid Air offers high range figures, the Tesla's integration with regional charging infrastructure remains more seamless for long-distance trips to Oman or Saudi Arabia. Its 17-inch cinematic display and rear entertainment screen offer a level of digital integration that traditional European luxury sedans are still working to match.

Running Costs & Resale

Electricity costs for the Model S are significantly lower than fuel for comparable V8 sedans in the GCC, especially when using home charging solutions. As an American spec vehicle, it typically carries a 15–20% lower entry price than GCC-spec units, though it does not carry a local manufacturer warranty and requires specialized independent service centers for software maintenance. Value retention for the Model S remains stable in the UAE, typically seeing an 18% annual depreciation in line with other premium electric vehicles.

Performance & Capability

The dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivers a blistering 0–100 km/h time of just 3.2 seconds, providing effortless overtaking capability on fast-moving highways like the E11. Its adaptive air suspension automatically adjusts to local road conditions, lowering at high speeds to improve aerodynamics and range. With a top speed of 250 km/h and instant torque delivery, it provides a level of responsiveness that few internal combustion engines can replicate.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is designed for the Gulf climate, featuring standard ventilated front seats and a powerful tri-zone climate control system that can be pre-conditioned via the mobile app. The 22-speaker audio system with active noise cancellation provides a sanctuary from highway tire roar, while the panoramic glass roof is heavily tinted to protect passengers from UV and infrared heat. Rear passengers enjoy their own 8-inch display, making long family trips across the Emirates comfortable for all occupants.

Safety

Safety is anchored by a 5-star NHTSA rating and Tesla's full Autopilot suite, including 360-degree camera coverage and blind-spot monitoring that is essential for UAE highway traffic. The vehicle features 8 airbags and a low center of gravity due to the floor-mounted battery pack, which significantly reduces rollover risk. Standard active emergency braking and lane-keeping assist provide an extra layer of security during long desert drives.

The bottom line

For the buyer seeking a near-new flagship EV at a significant discount over local dealer prices, this low-mileage Silver Model S is a perfect executive daily driver. It offers the best balance of range and performance in the current Tesla lineup.
