Summary

This 2025 Toyota Supra GR offers a rare opportunity to own a modern performance icon with a highly desirable GCC specification. Its black exterior is a powerhouse for resale value in the region, while the mileage is notably efficient for a vehicle of this caliber in the local market. As the top-tier 3.0L variant, it delivers the raw power and balance that defines the Gazoo Racing heritage, far outclassing the now-discontinued four-cylinder models. For the GCC enthusiast, this Supra balances daily usability with track-ready performance, supported by the most extensive service network in the Middle East. It remains the definitive choice for those seeking a reliable yet exhilarating rear-wheel-drive sports coupe.

This Car vs Other 2025 Supras

With 52,000 km, this vehicle’s mileage is average for the GCC, where long-distance highway commutes are standard. Its black finish is a top-tier choice for local resale, offering a sleek aesthetic that holds market demand better than brighter alternatives. Choosing a GCC-spec model ensures the cooling systems and electronics are optimized for extreme summer temperatures.

GR vs Lower Trims

As the GR 3.0, this car features the full-output inline-six engine and adaptive variable suspension that were unavailable on the base 2.0 models. Inside, it upgrades the experience with leather-trimmed sport seats, a 12-speaker premium audio system, and a head-up display. These high-spec features are highly prized by GCC buyers and directly contribute to the car’s superior value retention.

Supra vs Segment Rivals

The Supra leads the Nissan Z and BMW Z4 in pure reliability and ease of service across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. While rivals offer similar power, the Supra’s Toyota-backed service network provides unparalleled peace of mind for long-distance driving. Its 52-liter fuel tank is well-suited for crossing between emirates, offering a range that accommodates the region’s expansive highway network.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages 9.1 L/100km combined, which is competitive for a 382 hp sports car in stop-start city traffic. Service intervals are typically 10,000 km or 12 months, and with authorized Toyota centers in almost every major GCC city, maintenance is straightforward and cost-effective. Historically, the Supra retains approximately 80% of its value over three years in the GCC, outperforming many European luxury rivals.

Performance & Capability

The 4.1-second sprint to 100 km/h is facilitated by an advanced launch control system and a rapid 8-speed automatic transmission. This power is easily managed on GCC highways thanks to the active rear sport differential, which provides exceptional stability during high-speed overtaking. Selectable drive modes allow the car to transform from a comfortable highway cruiser to a precise instrument for the Dubai Autodrome or Yas Marina Circuit.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is designed for driver focus, featuring 14-way power-adjustable seats that provide essential support during spirited driving. The dual-zone automatic climate control is robust, engineered to maintain a cool cabin even when external temperatures exceed 45°C. Carbon fiber interior trim and a leather-wrapped steering wheel enhance the premium feel, ensuring every journey across the Emirates is spent in refined comfort.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive ADAS suite with Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Warning, and Adaptive Cruise Control, which is indispensable for long desert highway stretches. Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert provide vital assistance in fast-moving multi-lane traffic. The vehicle is also equipped with a high-resolution rearview camera and multiple airbags for maximum passenger protection.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec Supra GR is the ideal choice for a performance seeker who values Toyota’s legendary reliability and strong resale potential in the local market. It represents a turn-key opportunity to own the ultimate expression of the modern A90 generation.
