Summary

This 2026 Ferrari Roma Spider is a standout opportunity, offering the rare combination of a virtually new vehicle with only 650 km and the prestigious GCC specification. The Spider trim is the definitive open-top grand tourer in Ferrari's current lineup, succeeding the Portofino M with a more refined design and a significantly stiffer chassis. The Grey exterior is a sophisticated, high-demand choice for the UAE market, ensuring strong resale interest compared to more niche colors. For a GCC buyer, this represents the chance to skip the long waiting lists for a factory order while securing a car already optimized for local conditions and dealer support. Its low mileage makes it a mechanical equivalent to a showroom-fresh example.

This Car vs Other 2026 Ferrari Romas

With only 650 km on the odometer, this vehicle's mileage is exceptionally low compared to the typical 20,000 km annual average for luxury GTs in the GCC. While many 2026 models in the region have already seen heavy highway use between emirates, this example remains in collector-grade condition. The Grey finish is one of the most resilient and sought-after colors for maintaining value in the local pre-owned market.

SPIDER vs Lower Trims

The Spider represents the top-tier open-air experience, replacing the fixed-roof coupe with a bespoke five-layer fabric soft top that retracts in 13.5 seconds at speeds up to 60 km/h. Beyond the roof, this trim adds an integrated active rear spoiler with three deployment modes tuned specifically for the Spider's aerodynamics. Inside, it features an upgraded 8.4-inch central display and the refined dual-cockpit layout that defines Ferrari's modern grand touring philosophy.

Ferrari Roma vs Segment Rivals

The Roma Spider competes directly with the Aston Martin DB12 Volante and the Bentley Continental GTC, but it leads the segment with a superior power-to-weight ratio thanks to its all-aluminum chassis. Its 80-liter fuel tank is specifically advantageous for long-distance GCC highway cruising, offering a touring range that rivals bulkier GTs. Unlike its rivals, the Roma uses an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission derived from the SF90, providing significantly faster shifts for spirited driving.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption is rated at approximately 11.4L/100km (WLTP combined), which is efficient for a 600+ horsepower V8 when cruising on UAE highways. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from Ferrari’s 7-year Genuine Maintenance program, with authorized service centers available across all major GCC cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Kuwait City. The Roma Spider shows strong value retention, typically depreciating at a slower rate than its British competitors due to the high local demand for the Ferrari badge.

Performance & Capability

The 3.9L twin-turbo V8 delivers 620 cv, propelling the car to a top speed of 320 km/h, ensuring effortless overtaking on fast-moving highways like the E11. The Variable Boost Management system adjusts torque delivery across gears, providing a linear and powerful acceleration feel that is perfectly suited for the wide-open roads of the region. Despite its performance, the Comfort mode and MagneRide suspension make it remarkably composed for daily city driving in stop-start traffic.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a 2+2 layout featuring a dual-cockpit design that creates a dedicated space for the passenger, complete with an optional passenger-side digital display. The powerful Italian climate control system is engineered to handle extreme summer heat, complemented by high-quality leather and a wind deflector that ensures cabin tranquility during open-top drives. Acoustic insulation in the five-layer soft top provides coupe-like refinement when the roof is raised, effectively blocking out highway noise.

Safety

This Roma Spider comes equipped with a comprehensive safety suite including Side Slip Control 6.0 and an advanced electronic differential (E-Diff) to maintain stability on diverse road surfaces. Standard ADAS features such as Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, and Blind Spot Detection are highly beneficial for navigating high-speed, multi-lane GCC traffic. The car also features an active rear wing that optimizes downforce during high-speed cornering and heavy braking.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec Roma Spider is the perfect acquisition for a buyer seeking the ultimate Italian grand tourer with delivery mileage and immediate availability in a premium resale color.
