Summary

This 2026 model represents the cutting edge of the flagship Lexus SUV, offering a perfect balance between executive refinement and legendary off-road capability. With its Black exterior—a high-demand choice that secures strong resale value in the GCC—this LX600 stands out as a premier executive transporter. The 3.5L twin-turbo engine provides effortless power for the UAE’s fast-moving highways while remaining significantly more efficient than the V8 units of the past. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it is purpose-built to handle extreme regional temperatures with a cooling system designed for peak summer performance. For the buyer who demands a vehicle that transition seamlessly from a boardroom arrival to a desert weekend, this Turbo Sport trim is the definitive choice.

This Car vs Other 2026 LX600s

As a brand-new 2026 model, this vehicle sits at the very beginning of its lifecycle, ensuring the highest possible technology standards and the longest remaining factory support. Its GCC regional specification is a critical advantage, providing full warranty compatibility and a cooling system optimized for the local climate. The Black exterior is one of the most resilient colors for resale in the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets.

Turbo Sport vs Lower Trims

The Turbo Sport trim elevates the LX600 experience by adding 22-inch F SPORT forged wheels and a Torsen® limited-slip differential for sharper handling. Inside, it replaces standard materials with semi-aniline leather and includes the 25-speaker Mark Levinson Surround Sound system, which is a significant upgrade over the 10-speaker setup found in the Premium trim. You also benefit from ventilated rear seats and front-seat massage functions, essentials for long-distance GCC summer travel.

LX600 vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Cadillac Escalade or the Infiniti QX80, the LX600 leads with a 110-litre fuel tank that is better suited for long-distance hauls between Emirates or across the border to Saudi Arabia. While rivals offer large footprints, the Lexus maintains superior off-road agility thanks to its Multi-Terrain Select system and body-on-frame durability. Its 3.5L twin-turbo V6 delivers 409 hp, offering a more responsive power delivery than the naturally aspirated V8s often found in this segment.

Running Costs & Resale

The LX600 is widely recognized for having the highest value retention in the GCC luxury SUV market, typically depreciating far slower than its European counterparts. Real-world fuel consumption averages approximately 12.7 L/100km on a combined cycle, though GCC highway driving at steady speeds can improve these figures. Service intervals are required every 10,000 km or 6 months at authorized centers, which are readily available in every major city across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

Performance & Capability

Generating 409 hp and 650 Nm of torque, the twin-turbo V6 ensures the LX600 can reach a top speed of 220 km/h with ease. The full-time four-wheel-drive system includes a low-range transfer case and Crawl Control, making it as capable in the Liwa sands as it is refined on Sheikh Zayed Road. The 10-speed automatic transmission is tuned specifically for smooth shifts, providing a magic-carpet ride quality even when traversing uneven terrain.

Comfort & Cabin

This seven-seat configuration is designed for maximum family utility, featuring a power-folding third row for flexible cargo space. The GCC-specific climate control system is exceptionally powerful, supplemented by ventilated front and rear seats to ensure passenger comfort during 45°C+ summer days. Quietness is a hallmark of the Turbo Sport cabin, which utilizes acoustic glass to isolate occupants from wind and road noise during high-speed highway cruising.

Safety

Standard on this trim is the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, which includes a comprehensive suite of active technologies such as Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. The 360-degree Panoramic View Monitor is particularly useful for maneuvering this large SUV in tight city parking. Additionally, Blind Spot Monitoring and Lane Tracing Assist provide vital support during fast-paced multi-lane highway driving common in the region.

The bottom line

For the GCC professional seeking a zero-compromise flagship, this 2026 LX600 Turbo Sport offers the region's best resale security paired with top-tier luxury and proven desert capability.
