Summary

This 2026 ROX Adamas in the premium Couch trim offers a rare combination of pure electric urban driving and long-range hybrid capability, perfectly suited for the GCC's dual demands of city commuting and cross-border travel. With only 21,000 km, this vehicle is barely broken in compared to typical high-mileage GCC usage, and its black exterior remains a top-tier choice for resale strength in the regional market. Standing out with a massive 740 Nm of torque and a specialized range-extended powertrain, it solves the 'range anxiety' often found in pure EVs while maintaining superior efficiency. The addition of standard air suspension and a versatile seven-seat layout makes it a formidable alternative to established luxury off-roaders.

This Car vs Other 2026 ROX Adamases

With just 21,000 km on the odometer, this Adamas sits significantly below the GCC annual average of 25,000 km, presenting a 'near-new' mechanical profile. The black-on-black color combination is a strategic advantage in the local used market, ensuring faster liquidity and higher value retention than more niche shades. For a buyer looking to skip the long delivery lead times of a new order, this specific listing offers a high-spec GCC vehicle with its initial depreciation already accounted for.

COUCH vs Lower Trims

The Couch trim is the definitive family-focused flagship, offering a versatile seven-seat configuration that differentiates it from the executive six-seat variants. It includes the sophisticated long-travel closed-chamber air suspension with seven height settings as standard, providing a level of ride refinement that base trims cannot match. Inside, the Couch package adds Nappa leather upholstery across the first two rows and high-fidelity cabin cooling—a critical premium feature for the GCC summer.

Adamas vs Segment Rivals

The Adamas competes directly with the Li Auto L8 and the Land Rover Defender 130, leading the segment with a standard 272 mm ground clearance that outperforms many luxury rivals. Its 1,226 km WLTC range is purpose-built for long-distance runs like Dubai to Riyadh, offering a significantly larger total travel radius than traditional plug-in hybrids. Additionally, the integrated V2L external power discharge makes it a superior choice for desert camping compared to road-biased European crossovers.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption is remarkably efficient at approximately 6.1 L/100 km, though this will vary during high-speed highway cruising between Emirates. Service intervals are set at 10,000 km, with an established authorized service network already active in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Bahrain. As a GCC-spec model, it retains a value premium of roughly 15-20% over non-regional imports and benefits from local warranty compatibility and a cooling system specifically tuned for 50°C temperatures.

Performance & Capability

The dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivers a massive 400 hp and 740 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint of just 5.5 seconds—performance usually reserved for sports cars. Its air suspension system provides a dedicated 'Recovery Mode' that raises the vehicle for difficult terrain, paired with a substantial 770 mm wading depth for crossing wadis. Five dedicated terrain modes, including Sand and Mud, ensure that it remains a genuine off-road tool rather than just a highway cruiser.

Comfort & Cabin

The seven-seat 'Couch' layout is designed for maximum family utility, featuring power-adjustable front seats with heating, ventilation, and a shiatsu-like massage function. The cabin is centered around a massive 15.7-inch digital cockpit and a 14-speaker premium audio system that provides excellent sound insulation from road noise. A dedicated rear cooling zone with high-output vents ensures that all three rows remain comfortable during the peak GCC summer months.

Safety

The Adamas is built with a record-breaking roof crush resistance and a high-strength boron steel frame for maximum structural integrity. This trim comes standard with eight airbags and a full ADAS suite, including Adaptive Cruise Control for long highway stretches and a 360-degree camera system with a 'transparent underbody' view for navigating tight urban parking or rocky terrain. Blind-spot monitoring and autonomous emergency braking provide essential protection in fast-moving multi-lane traffic.

The bottom line

This is the ideal opportunity for a tech-forward family in the UAE or KSA who needs a luxury SUV that is equally at home in high-end city centers and remote desert campsites.
