Summary

This 2026 Zeekr 9X Ultra is an exceptional opportunity for GCC buyers looking to secure a next-generation flagship SUV with only delivery mileage. As a plug-in hybrid, it offers the perfect balance of silent electric commuting and long-range petrol capability, ideal for cross-emirate travel. The Ultra trim provides a significant leap in cabin technology, featuring a cinema-grade interior that rivals established European luxury brands. With its Black exterior—a high-demand color for resale in the UAE and Saudi markets—this SUV represents a sophisticated choice for early adopters of premium Chinese automotive engineering. The six-seat configuration with captain chairs ensures executive-level comfort for the entire family during the peak of the GCC summer.

This Car vs Other 2026 Zeekr 9Xs

With just 22 km on the odometer, this Zeekr 9X is essentially a brand-new vehicle, offering a significant advantage over other 2026 models that may have already entered daily service. In the GCC market, where highway use quickly accumulates mileage, securing a delivery-mileage unit provides a cleaner slate for long-term maintenance and peak battery health. The Onyx Black finish is a premier choice for local resale, holding its value better than lighter or more niche colors in the pre-owned segment.

ULTRA vs Lower Trims

The Ultra trim is a major step up from the base Max edition, introducing the high-end 32-speaker Naim audio system and a 900V high-voltage architecture for ultra-fast charging. It also adds premium cabin materials including Nappa leather and natural wood trim, which are often absent or optional on lower tiers. For GCC drivers, the Ultra specifically includes upgraded climate control and ventilated seating across the first two rows, providing a much higher level of comfort during extreme summer temperatures.

9X vs Segment Rivals

The Zeekr 9X competes directly with the Mercedes-Benz GLS and BMW X7, offering a more advanced plug-in hybrid powertrain that these traditional rivals often reserve for higher price brackets. It leads the segment in rear-passenger technology, featuring a 17-inch OLED ceiling screen and swiveling second-row seats that create a lounge-like environment. Furthermore, its 900V charging system significantly outpaces most European rivals, allowing for 10-80% charging in less than 10 minutes at compatible DC stations.

Running Costs & Resale

As a PHEV, the 9X offers exceptionally low running costs for city commuting, capable of covering most daily Dubai or Riyadh drives on pure electric power. Total combined range reaches approximately 737 km, reducing the frequency of refueling during long-distance desert highway trips. While Zeekr is an emerging brand, its high build quality and early market demand have shown strong residual value patterns, particularly for GCC-bound shipments. Authorized service centers are expanding across major UAE hubs to support the growing fleet.

Performance & Capability

The Ultra AWD powertrain delivers a combined 885 hp, enabling a 3.9-second sprint to 100 km/h that feels effortless on highway on-ramps. It features a dual-chamber adaptive air suspension system that can lift the vehicle by 110 mm, providing up to 288 mm of ground clearance for navigating gravel tracks or uneven terrain. Multiple drive modes, including an off-road setting, allow the driver to tailor the power delivery to different surfaces found across the region.

Comfort & Cabin

The six-seat cabin is designed for ultimate summer comfort, featuring a high-performance three-zone air conditioning system and ventilated seats for both the driver and second-row passengers. The second-row captain chairs are a highlight, offering a 180-degree swivel function and a dedicated 6.3-inch OLED control screen for climate and entertainment. Acoustic glass and active noise cancellation ensure the interior remains a quiet sanctuary, even when cruising at high speeds on the E11 highway.

Safety

The Zeekr 9X comes standard with a comprehensive ADAS suite powered by high-resolution LiDAR, offering Level 3 autonomous driving capabilities where supported. Standard safety features include 360-degree high-definition cameras, blind-spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control, which are vital for safety on fast-moving, multi-lane GCC highways. The vehicle is also equipped with a full array of airbags and a reinforced battery safety structure designed to withstand severe impacts.

The bottom line

This delivery-mileage 2026 Zeekr 9X Ultra is the perfect choice for a tech-forward family or executive seeking the latest in sustainable luxury without the wait times of a new factory order.
