Summary

This 2027 Jetour X50 Premium is a compelling opportunity for those seeking a modern, tech-focused crossover with effectively delivery mileage. Its Grey exterior is a high-demand, stable resale color in the GCC, perfectly masking the region's ubiquitous dust while maintaining a professional aesthetic. As the top-tier Premium trim, it offers a significant tech leap over entry-level models, making it a smarter long-term buy for features typically reserved for larger SUVs. The 1.5-liter turbo engine provides the ideal balance of highway passing power and city efficiency, crucial for the GCC's mix of fast-moving traffic and urban congestion.

This Car vs Other 2027 X50s

With just 1,823 km on the odometer, this X50 is practically a new vehicle, offering a significant advantage over typical GCC annual usage which often exceeds 20,000 km. The Grey finish is one of the most practical and sought-after colors for resale across the Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Buying a 2027 model year in this condition effectively secures the maximum remaining factory warranty and service life.

PREMIUM vs Lower Trims

The Premium trim is a major upgrade, adding a 360-degree panoramic camera system and blind-spot monitoring which are essential for navigating tight Dubai parking or multi-lane highway traffic. Unlike the base models, this trim features six airbags for full cabin protection and larger 18-inch alloy wheels that improve high-speed stability. You also benefit from a wireless smartphone charger and a power-adjustable driver's seat, features that greatly enhance daily commuting comfort.

X50 vs Segment Rivals

The X50 leads rivals like the Changan CS35 Plus and Geely Coolray by offering a standard 10.25-inch dual-screen digital cockpit that feels more aligned with luxury segments. Its multi-link independent rear suspension is a rarity in this price class, providing superior ride quality on long highway stretches compared to the torsion beam setups found in many competitors. The inclusion of a standard N95 air purification filter is a distinct advantage for the GCC's dusty environment.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel consumption is efficient for the region, averaging approximately 7.1 L/100km, which is helped by the smooth 6-speed DCT transmission in stop-start city traffic. Jetour has rapidly expanded its GCC footprint, with massive authorized service hubs on Sheikh Zayed Road and across major cities in Saudi Arabia and Oman, ensuring parts are readily available. The brand's aggressive 10-year engine warranty in many GCC markets helps mitigate depreciation compared to other emerging brands.

Performance & Capability

The 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder delivers a punchy 156 hp and 230 Nm of torque, ensuring the X50 never feels underpowered during high-speed overtakes on the E11 or E311. While front-wheel drive, the sophisticated traction control and 190mm ground clearance make it more than capable of handling gravel tracks and light weekend excursions. The turbo reaches peak torque early at 1,750 rpm, providing responsive acceleration from traffic lights even in the summer heat.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is centered around a massive 20.5-inch integrated digital display and premium eco-leather seating with contrast stitching that stays cooler than standard black leather. Rear passengers benefit from dedicated AC vents, a critical feature for maintaining comfort during the peak GCC summer months. With 398 litres of boot space expanding to over 1,200 litres, it easily accommodates family shopping trips or weekend luggage for a trip to Salalah or Ras Al Khaimah.

Safety

This Premium trim is equipped with a full ADAS suite including Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Change Assist (LCA), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, providing a safety net for fast-moving highway environments. It also features six airbags, electronic stability control, and hill-descent control as standard. The 360-degree camera system includes a 'clear chassis' view, making it exceptionally easy to avoid high curbs and obstacles in urban areas.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer who wants a new-car experience with top-tier safety tech and a turbo engine without the long waiting lists, this low-mileage 2027 X50 Premium is the definitive choice.
