Xpeng G6

Exterior

The XPeng G6 is a sleek, mid-size electric SUV that combines coupe-like styling with SUV practicality. Its design features a full-width LED light bar at the front, angular headlights, and a sloping roofline that contributes to its aerodynamic profile. The vehicle's dimensions include a length of 4,753 mm, width of 1,920 mm, and height of 1,650 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,890 mm. The G6's design was developed in collaboration with renowned Chinese science fiction writer Liu Cixin, adding a unique touch to its futuristic appearance. 

Interior

Inside, the G6 offers a minimalist and high-tech cabin. It features a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, both powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P SoC. The dashboard design is nearly buttonless, integrating HVAC controls into the touchscreen interface. The cabin also includes dual 50-watt cooled wireless charging pads, a 960-watt 18-speaker sound system, and a heat pump for efficient climate control. The trunk offers 571 liters of space, expanding to 1,374 liters with the rear seats folded down. 

Safety Features

The G6 is equipped with XPeng's XNGP ADAS system, which includes a 31-sensor suite comprising 2 LiDARs, 5 mmWave radars, 11 cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors, powered by dual Nvidia Orin X SoCs. This system enables assisted autonomous driving on all public roads. Additionally, the vehicle features a 9-inch digital center rearview mirror and a full suite of driver assistance technologies to enhance safety. 

Engine Trims

The G6 offers multiple powertrain configurations:

• Standard Range (RWD): Equipped with a 66 kWh LFP battery, delivering 190 kW (258 hp) and 440 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds.

• Long Range (RWD): Features an 87.5 kWh NMC battery, producing 210 kW (282 hp) and 440 Nm of torque, with a 0-100 km/h time of 6.2 seconds.

• AWD Performance: Combines a 140 kW front motor and a 220 kW rear motor for a total output of 350 kW (476 hp) and 660 Nm of torque, achieving 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. 

Maintenance

Regular maintenance for the G6 includes software updates, brake inspections, and tire rotations. XPeng provides a comprehensive service schedule to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the vehicle. It is recommended to have the vehicle serviced at authorized XPeng service centers to maintain its warranty and performance standards.
