Summary

This Lexus LX570 represents one of the most durable luxury investments in the GCC, offering a mechanical resilience that rivals struggle to match. With its naturally aspirated 5.7L V8 and versatile eight-seat layout, it serves as the ultimate long-distance cruiser for families traveling between Dubai and Riyadh. The white exterior is the most desirable resale color in the region, ensuring this vehicle remains a highly liquid asset in the secondary market. Despite its age, the body-on-frame construction and Lexus-grade insulation provide a silent, refined cabin that holds up remarkably well against the extreme summer heat.

This Car vs Other 2011 LX570s

With 213,000 km, this LX570 sits at a typical mileage for a well-traveled GCC vehicle, where long highway commutes are the norm. The white exterior is a strategic advantage, as it is the highest-demand color for resale in the local market and reflects heat better than darker alternatives. In a market where these vehicles are often driven past 400,000 km, this example offers a significant remaining service life.

TOP vs Lower Trims

The Top trim (often referred to as Luxury or Prestige in the GCC) elevates the experience with semi-aniline leather and a center console cool box, essential for regional summers. It adds the audiophile-grade 19-speaker Mark Levinson sound system and a rear-seat entertainment package that lower trims lack. You also gain ventilated front seats and a heated steering wheel, providing superior comfort regardless of the season.

LX570 vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Cadillac Escalade or Infiniti QX56 offer luxury, the LX570 leads in mechanical durability and off-road capability thanks to its Land Cruiser-derived chassis. Its 138-litre dual fuel tank system is a major advantage over competitors, providing the massive cruising range required for cross-border GCC road trips. The Lexus also holds its value significantly better than its American or European segment peers.

Running Costs & Resale

Expect real-world fuel consumption of approximately 14.8 to 15.5 L/100km, which is standard for a heavy V8 SUV in this class. Maintenance is supported by an extensive authorized service network across all GCC countries, including Al-Futtaim in the UAE and Abdul Latif Jameel in Saudi Arabia. Resale value remains exceptionally high, with this model typically depreciating at a much slower rate than European luxury SUVs due to its reputation for bulletproof reliability.

Performance & Capability

The 5.7L V8 produces 381 horsepower and 530 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h time of approximately 7.4 seconds. Its defining feature is the Four-Wheel Active Height Control (AHC), which can raise the body to a maximum ground clearance of 302 mm for navigating dunes or rocky terrain. With a 3,500 kg braked towing capacity, it is one of the most capable luxury tow vehicles available in the region.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin features an eight-seat configuration with a power-folding third row for flexible cargo space. Triple-zone climate control with dedicated rear vents ensures all passengers remain cool during peak summer months, while acoustic glass minimizes wind noise at highway speeds. The interior is finished with premium Bird’s-eye Maple wood trim and high-grade leather, maintaining a prestige feel even after years of use.

Safety

This trim includes a comprehensive safety suite featuring 10 airbags and Lexus’s Smart Stop Technology, which cuts engine power if both pedals are pressed. It also features Crawl Control for stable low-speed off-roading and a 360-degree camera system to assist with parking in tight urban spaces. Stability and traction control systems are specifically calibrated to handle sand and loose gravel common on regional roads.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer who prioritizes legendary reliability and high resale value above all else, this white LX570 Top trim is the definitive choice for a family-sized luxury workhorse.
