Believe it or not, this is not the work of some crazy tuner, but a special vehicle commissioned from Nissan. Yes, Nissan put together a special edition GTR Model that just screams "Made for the Middle East," Nissan took it upon themselves to create this amazing Nissan GTR VVIP, distinguished by a black carbon fibre V-Spec rear spoiler and 24 karat gold plated side panels, grill, and exclusive VVIP badges & the exterior also gets gold GTR trim. When new this model cost in excess of 800,000 AED. The most expensive GTR you could by new direct from Nissan at the time. It is believed that only 2 were ever produced and sold to the public, ending in chassis numbers 60001 and 60002, one was black and ours is the stunning QAG Ultimate Opal White Pearlescent paint. Under the GT-R's hood is the VR38DETT 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6, but output has been increased from 485 bhp to a whopping 530 bhp, while torque is raised to 607Nm. Attaining these new figures by elevating boost pressure of the turbocharger from 0.75 bar to 0.90 bar, tweaking the engine's valve-timing system and altering the air/fuel ratio & also improved breathing by enlarging the inlet pipe diameter and a section of exhaust pipe.
These changes are all evident upon flooring the throttle pedal for the first time. The first thing you notice is the sound, a decidedly more sinister growl emanates from within the engine compartment. Then you feel the g forces pressing you into the seat as the car snaps off the line. Part of the credit here goes to the gearbox's VDC-R mode, which has been modified to provide ideal launches without putting unnecessary stress on the transmission. Depress both the brake pedal and throttle pedal simultaneously, then let off the brakes—the GT-R snaps off the line at an ideal 4000 rpm. The 0-100 mark comes and goes in a phenomenal 3.0 seconds.
Inside, the VVIP GT-R features hand crafted leather interior by master craftsmen at Seton Company Inc. Muelheim an der Ruhr in Germany, seats feature an exclusive quilted design combined with a reticular pattern. Adding comfort to style, the seats also feature an exclusive quilted design with single and double stitching combined in a reticular pattern. Glamming up the GTR even more is the Bose sound system which can be exclusively tuned according to the driving position of each driver. It truly is the most luxurious, opulent and prestige GTR to be produced for this region. So now is the time to grab this extravagant GTR at a fraction of its original price.
