Summary

This 11-year-old Aston Martin Vanquish is a remarkable find in the GCC market, showing just 45,862 km on the odometer—significantly below the regional average for a car of this vintage. Finished in a sophisticated Burgundy, this specific color holds its value well among local collectors who appreciate a break from the standard palette without sacrificing resale appeal. As a naturally aspirated V12 flagship, it offers a mechanical purity that is becoming increasingly rare in the era of smaller, turbocharged engines. For the GCC buyer, this represents a chance to own a low-mileage example of Aston Martin’s ultimate grand tourer, perfectly suited for long highway drives between Emirates.

This Car vs Other 2015 Vanquishs

With only 45,862 km, this Vanquish has averaged roughly 4,100 km per year, which is exceptionally low compared to the typical 20,000 km annual use seen in the UAE. The Burgundy exterior is a rare and highly sought-after shade in the secondary market, often commanding a premium over more common silver or white examples. Its GCC specification ensures that all cooling systems and electronics are optimized for the local climate, a critical factor for long-term reliability.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the flagship model of its era, the 'Standard' trim on the Vanquish actually represents a higher tier of luxury and performance than the contemporary Vantage or DB9. It features a full carbon-fibre body structure and the upgraded Touchtronic III 8-speed transmission, which was a significant improvement for the 2015 model year. GCC buyers will particularly appreciate the standard ventilated seats and the Bang & Olufsen BeoSound system, which are essential for high-end summer cruising.

Vanquish vs Segment Rivals

The Vanquish leads rivals like the Bentley Continental GT and Ferrari F12 in terms of pure aesthetic elegance and handling balance, thanks to its lightweight carbon-fibre skin. While the Bentley offers more trunk space, the Aston Martin provides a more visceral, naturally aspirated V12 soundtrack that is unrivaled on the open roads of Jebel Jais. Its 78-litre fuel tank provides competitive range for the long Dubai-to-Muscat highway runs.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 12.8 L/100km on the highway, though city driving in stop-start traffic will see this increase significantly. Being a GCC spec vehicle, it is supported by the extensive Al Habtoor Motors network in the UAE and authorized centers across the Saudi and Kuwaiti markets. The Vanquish has reached a point of price stability in the GCC, with low-mileage V12 examples typically depreciating at a slower rate of 10-12% annually as they move toward collectible status.

Performance & Capability

The 6.0-litre V12 produces 568 hp, propelling the coupe to 100 km/h in a verified 3.8 seconds. The mid-rear mounted 8-speed automatic transmission provides lightning-fast shifts that make highway overtaking effortless even at high ambient temperatures. Unlike many supercars, the Vanquish maintains incredible high-speed stability, making it a true cross-border grand tourer for the region.

Comfort & Cabin

The 2+2 seating layout is finished in hand-stitched Bridge of Weir leather, featuring cooling vents that are highly effective against the Gulf heat. The cabin is exceptionally well-insulated from road noise, allowing the 13-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system to shine during long drives. The glass-key 'Emotional Control Unit' and haptic glass buttons on the center console provide a tactile sense of luxury unique to this generation of Aston Martin.

Safety

Standard safety features include high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes that offer fade-free stopping power even in extreme heat. The Vanquish is equipped with dynamic stability control (DSC) and positive torque control, which are vital for maintaining traction on sandy or dusty road surfaces common in the region. Occupants are protected by a comprehensive airbag system and a rigid carbon-fibre occupant cell.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to secure a low-mileage, GCC-spec V12 icon in a standout color, offering a perfect blend of investment potential and trans-emirate touring capability.
