Summary

This 2019 Ferrari 812 Superfast is a standout opportunity, showing just 6,300 km over 7 years—far below the 20,000 km annual average typically seen on the UAE's high-speed highways. Finished in yellow, a color that commands attention and holds strong resale appeal for enthusiasts in the GCC supercar market, it represents one of the final front-engined, naturally aspirated V12 masterpieces from Maranello. Compared to turbocharged rivals, the 812 Superfast offers a pure, high-revving engine character that makes it a highly collectible asset. The single most important consideration for a local buyer is the low mileage combined with the documented service readiness, ensuring this high-output machine handles the extreme Gulf summer heat with ease.

This Car vs Other 2019 812s

With only 6,300 km on the odometer, this 812 Superfast has been driven significantly less than the typical 140,000 km expected for a vehicle of this age in the GCC. While many regional examples accumulate mileage on long-distance desert highway runs between Emirates, this car has been preserved in near-collector condition. The yellow exterior is a vibrant choice that retains high demand in the secondary supercar market across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

SUPERFAST vs Lower Trims

As the primary coupe variant of the 812 series, the Superfast introduced Electric Power Steering (EPS) and the highly advanced Virtual Short Wheelbase 2.0 rear-steering system, both of which are essential for navigating the high-speed multi-lane highways of the UAE. It features the raw, visceral naturally aspirated V12 that produces 800 cv, a powertrain that provides a more aggressive and immediate response compared to the later, more refined hybrid models.

812 vs Segment Rivals

The 812 Superfast stands apart from rivals like the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera by opting for a high-revving naturally aspirated 6.5-liter engine rather than twin turbocharging, offering a sound and throttle response that is unique in the class. Its front-mid engine layout provides a surprising 320 liters of boot space, making it far more practical for weekend trips to Muscat or Salalah than mid-engine competitors like the Lamborghini Aventador S.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 16.1 L/100km (WLTP combined), though this will increase in stop-start city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh. Service intervals for the 812 occur every 20,000 km or annually, and the UAE boasts a strong authorized service network via Al Tayer Motors and Premier Motors. The 812 Superfast shows exceptional value retention in the GCC, typically keeping over 65% of its value after 5 years due to the diminishing availability of non-hybrid V12 engines.

Performance & Capability

Reaching 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, the 812 Superfast delivers a top speed of 340 km/h, ensuring effortless overtaking on the E11 and E311 highways. The 700 hp output is managed by a sophisticated 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and Side Slip Control (SSC) 5.0, which allows for precise handling during spirited drives at the Dubai Autodrome. Its aerodynamic design includes active flaps that adjust to minimize drag, providing stability at the high speeds common on inter-emirate routes.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cabin is focused on the driver, featuring high-quality leather and ergonomic controls that remain comfortable even on long drives between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The dual-zone climate control is engineered to combat 45°C+ summer temperatures, ensuring the cabin stays cool rapidly after parking. Acoustic insulation is excellent for a supercar, allowing for a refined grand touring experience until the V12 is fully unleashed.

Safety

Standard safety features include carbon-ceramic brakes for immense stopping power, front and rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera to aid in tight urban parking. The advanced electronic stability and traction control systems are specifically tuned to maintain grip on the fine sand and gravel often found on regional road shoulders. Blind-spot monitoring and adaptive LED headlights provide essential assistance for fast-moving highway traffic at night.

The bottom line

This 812 Superfast is for the serious collector or enthusiast who wants a virtually new V12 Ferrari without the wait times of a new order. Given the exceptionally low mileage and the iconic naturally aspirated powertrain, this listing represents a prime opportunity in the current GCC market.
