Summary

This 7-year-old Maserati Quattroporte GranSport represents a compelling entry into Italian executive ownership, pairing Ferrari-derived V6 power with the aggressive styling of the GranSport trim. With 102,600 km on the odometer, its usage is remarkably low for the GCC market, where an average car this age typically exceeds 140,000 km. The black-on-black color combination remains a high-demand choice for resale in the region, offering a timeless aesthetic that suits professional environments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As a GCC-spec flagship, it provides a more emotional and characterful alternative to the clinical nature of German rivals. For the buyer who prioritizes road presence and engine soul above all else, this listing is a standout opportunity to own a modern Italian icon.

This Car vs Other 2019 Quattroportes

At 102,600 km, this Quattroporte has been driven significantly less than the regional average of approximately 140,000 to 175,000 km for a 7-year-old executive sedan. The black exterior is a neutral yet strong resale color in the UAE, maintaining better value retention than more niche shades. Being a GCC-spec vehicle, it avoids the reliability and cooling concerns often associated with imported American or European units.

GRANSPORT vs Lower Trims

The GranSport trim replaces the standard luxury focus with a sharper, performance-oriented aesthetic, including more aggressive front and rear bumpers and 20-inch Urano wheels. Inside, it adds bolstered sport seats, high-gloss Piano Black wood trim, and aluminium paddle shifters that provide a tactile connection to the Ferrari-sourced V6. These features are highly sought after in the GCC market, where the 'sport' look commands a premium over base executive trims.

Quattroporte vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the BMW 7 Series and Porsche Panamera, the Quattroporte leads with its distinctive Ferrari-built engine note and emotional Italian design. It offers a larger 80-litre fuel tank, providing superior range for long highway drives between Emirates like Dubai and Fujairah. While rivals lean toward digital complexity, the Maserati offers a more focused, driver-centric cabin with a standard 10-speaker Harman Kardon audio system.

Running Costs & Resale

The 3.0L twin-turbo V6 delivers approximately 11.2 L/100km, performing best during steady-state highway cruising typical of GCC commutes. Service intervals in this region are standard at 10,000 km, with authorized centers widely available in major UAE cities. Maserati vehicles typically see a depreciation rate of 12–18% annually in the local market, making this 7-year-old example a value-optimized entry point compared to the steep initial loss of a new model.

Performance & Capability

The 400 hp twin-turbo V6 enables a 0–100 km/h sprint of 5.5 seconds, delivering effortless overtaking power on the E11. The 8-speed ZF automatic transmission is calibrated for smooth shifts in stop-start traffic, while the Skyhook adaptive suspension allows the driver to stiffen the chassis for high-speed stability. Unlike many modern sedans, the mechanical limited-slip differential remains a core feature, ensuring authentic rear-wheel-drive dynamics.

Comfort & Cabin

The GranSport cabin is designed to stay composed in the extreme GCC heat, featuring a dual-zone climate control system with dedicated air quality sensors. Standard 12-way power seats with memory allow for instant reconfiguration between drivers, while acoustic glass helps insulate passengers from desert road noise. The 8.4-inch Maserati Touch Control Plus system includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless regional navigation.

Safety

This Quattroporte comes equipped with an extensive safety suite, including standard adaptive full-LED headlights that provide superior visibility on unlit desert roads. Active safety features like blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-path detection are essential for navigating the fast-paced, multi-lane highways of the UAE. A 360-degree camera system is standard on this trim, making the large executive footprint easy to park in urban centers.

The bottom line

This is the ideal choice for the executive buyer who wants the prestige of a Ferrari-built engine and Italian design in a package that has been driven far less than its GCC peers.
