Summary

This 2019 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG represents the first year of the highly sought-after complete redesign, offering a massive leap in refinement and technology over previous generations. With just 52,000 km, this GCC-spec example has been driven significantly less than the regional average, making it a standout choice for those seeking the icon's modern iteration. The black-on-black color combination remains the most resilient for resale in the UAE, ensuring your investment holds its value better than lighter or more niche palettes. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it is purpose-built to handle extreme summer temperatures with an upgraded cooling system and high-output air conditioning. This listing offers the perfect balance of low-mileage mechanical health and the unmistakable presence only a G-Wagen can provide in the Gulf market.

This Car vs Other 2019 G63 AMGs

While typical 2019 models in the GCC market often carry between 80,000 and 100,000 km, this vehicle’s 52,000 km odometer is exceptionally low, suggesting lighter use and less exposure to the region's harsh highway heat. The black exterior is the primary color of choice for UAE buyers, which directly correlates to faster turnaround times and higher price points in the secondary market compared to unconventional colors. Being a 2019 model, it features the significant wide-screen cockpit and independent front suspension that sets it worlds apart from 2018 and older variants.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the G63, this vehicle sits at the top of the G-Class hierarchy, adding the hand-assembled AMG engine and the signature side-exit exhaust system not found on the G500. This trim includes the AMG Ride Control adaptive damping and a 60:40 rear-biased torque split for superior on-road agility. Inside, you get the dual 12.3-inch digital displays and high-performance Nappa leather upholstery as standard, features that are highly prized by executive buyers in the Gulf.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

The G63 commands a unique niche compared to rivals like the Range Rover SVR or the Lamborghini Urus by offering genuine body-on-frame durability and a triple-locking differential system for serious desert excursions. While the Urus focuses on track-like speed, the G-Class provides better ground clearance and a 100-liter fuel tank, which is essential for long-distance cruising between emirates. Its iconic boxy silhouette and military heritage offer a level of status and presence that is unmatched in the luxury SUV segment.

Running Costs & Resale

The G63 is a high-performance asset with a proven track record of strong value retention in the UAE, typically depreciating slower than many of its European competitors. Maintenance follows the Mercedes 'Service A' and 'Service B' schedule every 15,000 km, with an extensive network of authorized Gargash and EMC service centers across the Emirates. Fuel consumption reflects the power of the V8, though the 2019 redesign introduced cylinder deactivation technology to improve efficiency during steady highway cruises.

Performance & Capability

Producing 585 hp and 850 Nm of torque, the G63 effortlessly overtakes at highway speeds, a vital trait for GCC driving conditions. Its 4.4-second 0–100 km/h sprint is complemented by an advanced low-range transfer case that offers a 2.93:1 reduction ratio for climbing steep dunes. The 9-speed automatic transmission is specifically tuned for quick shifts, ensuring the V8 power is always accessible whether you are navigating city traffic or open desert tracks.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the local climate, featuring a high-capacity HVAC system with dedicated rear vents to ensure all five passengers remain cool in 45°C+ heat. Ventilated front seats and ambient lighting create a premium atmosphere, while the acoustic glass helps isolate the interior from road and wind noise during long drives. The 2019 redesign also introduced much-needed rear legroom, making this the first G-Wagen generation that truly accommodates adult passengers in the back comfortably.

Safety

Safety is managed by a comprehensive suite including Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC for relaxed highway cruising and Blind Spot Assist to navigate multi-lane traffic. The vehicle is equipped with a 360-degree camera system, which is essential for parking a large SUV in tight urban spaces. Standard stability systems are specifically calibrated to handle sudden surface changes, providing peace of mind when transitioning from tarmac to gravel or sand.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage, GCC-spec icon in the region's most desirable color configuration, offering modern tech and peak AMG performance.
