Summary

This 2020 C63 AMG S stands out as a high-performance benchmark in the UAE market, offering the rare combination of a low-mileage 4.0L biturbo V8 in the popular White exterior. As the 'S' trim, it delivers a factory-tuned 510 hp, giving it a distinct performance edge over the standard C63 and many V6-powered rivals in the segment. With under 33,000 km, this vehicle has seen significantly less usage than the typical 20,000 km per year average for GCC-driven cars. Its rear-wheel-drive configuration and AMG Speedshift 9-speed transmission make it a purist's choice for those who value mechanical engagement on the UAE’s open highways.

This Car vs Other 2020 C63 AMGs

With just 32,813 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered roughly half the distance of an average 2020 model in the GCC market, where yearly averages often reach 25,000 km. The White exterior is a high-demand choice in the region, ensuring better heat reflection during summer and traditionally stronger resale value than darker alternatives. While it carries American specifications, its low mileage and mechanical commonality with local models make it a compelling alternative for those seeking a well-preserved V8 coupe.

S vs Lower Trims

The S trim is a significant upgrade over the base C63, boosting output from 476 hp to 510 hp and adding 50 Nm of additional torque. It features an electronically controlled rear-axle limited-slip differential as standard for superior cornering, whereas the base model typically uses a mechanical setup. Inside, the S trim adds specific AMG performance enhancements, including the AMG Drive Unit steering wheel controls and larger 19-inch wheels, providing both a more aggressive stance and better high-speed stability.

C63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

The C63 S competes directly with the BMW M4 and Audi RS5, but it remains the only one in this generation to offer a 4.0L V8, providing a distinct exhaust note and power delivery that the V6 competitors cannot match. While the Audi RS5 uses all-wheel drive for traction, the AMG leads in raw horsepower and top-end speed, reaching an electronically limited 290 km/h. Its 66-liter fuel tank is well-sized for long-distance cruising between emirates like Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the V8 biturbo averages around 10.5L/100km on the highway, though GCC city traffic can see this increase significantly. Mercedes-Benz maintains a massive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC, ensuring parts availability and specialist technicians are never far away. While European performance coupes depreciate faster than Japanese luxury cars, the C63 S holds a loyal following in the UAE, with well-maintained, low-mileage V8 models retaining a premium as the industry shifts toward smaller engines.

Performance & Capability

Launching from 0–100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, the C63 S delivers blistering acceleration that remains competitive with modern supercars. The 9-speed multi-clutch transmission is tuned for lightning-fast shifts, making it exceptionally capable for highway overtaking and spirited driving at the Dubai Autodrome. Multiple AMG DYNAMIC SELECT modes allow the driver to soften the suspension for daily commuting or sharpen the throttle and exhaust for maximum performance.

Comfort & Cabin

The 4-seat cabin is designed for luxury, featuring high-quality materials and a digital cockpit that remains modern and intuitive. For the GCC climate, the air conditioning system is highly effective, and the cabin is well-insulated from the exterior heat of the desert sun. Despite its performance focus, the interior offers sufficient refinement for long-distance trips across the UAE, with supportive AMG performance seats that provide excellent lateral grip without sacrificing daily comfort.

Safety

Standard safety features include an advanced ADAS suite with Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, and Attention Assist, all of which are vital for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic in Dubai or Riyadh. The vehicle is equipped with a comprehensive airbag system and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with three stages, allowing for increased safety margins on sandy or dusty road surfaces common in the region.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage, V8-powered C63 S in the region's most popular color, offering a raw mechanical experience that is increasingly hard to find in newer models.
