Summary

This 2022 Lexus ES350 Elite is a compelling choice for those seeking luxury sedan refinement with remarkably low mileage for its age. With just over 12,300 km, it has been driven significantly less than the typical GCC annual average, offering a near-new mechanical experience. As a Canadian spec model, it brings high-end features like standard ventilated seats and a heated steering wheel that enhance comfort during the region's diverse seasonal shifts. The 3.5-liter V6 provides smooth, effortless power that remains a segment benchmark for highway cruising. For a buyer in the UAE, this represents an opportunity to own a current-generation executive sedan with a clean, low-use history at a more accessible entry point than local-spec equivalents.

This Car vs Other 2022 ES350s

With only 12,327 km on the odometer, this ES350 sits well below the typical GCC usage profile of 20,000–25,000 km per year, representing a significant buying advantage in terms of mechanical wear. The black exterior is a high-demand, strong resale color in the local market, ensuring it stays desirable when it comes time to upgrade. While it is a Canadian import, its extremely low mileage makes it a standout against higher-use regional alternatives.

ELITE vs Lower Trims

The Elite trim (equivalent to high-tier Luxury packages in other markets) adds essential GCC comforts that are often absent on base models, most notably ventilated front seats which are vital for local summer temperatures. It also features a power moonroof, an upgraded 12.3-inch infotainment display, and a premium 10-speaker audio system. These additions significantly improve the daily driving experience and help the car maintain a higher residual value compared to entry-level trims.

ES350 vs Segment Rivals

The ES350 leads rivals like the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class when it comes to long-term reliability and cabin quietness. Its naturally aspirated V6 offers a smoother power delivery than the turbocharged four-cylinders often found in European competitors, making it better suited for sustained highway speeds between Emirates. Additionally, the ES350 offers generous rear legroom that frequently exceeds that of its German counterparts, making it a superior choice for family or executive use.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 3.5L V6 typically averages around 9.2 L/100km combined, with highway efficiency improving to roughly 7.3 L/100km. As a Lexus, it benefits from one of the strongest resale patterns in the GCC, typically losing only 8-10% value annually compared to the 15% seen in European luxury brands. While being a Canadian spec may limit official dealership warranty, parts are widely shared with GCC models, ensuring that independent specialist service centers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia can maintain the vehicle easily.

Performance & Capability

The 300 hp V6 engine allows for a smooth 0–100 km/h sprint in just 6.9 seconds, providing plenty of confidence for highway merging and overtaking. The 8-speed automatic transmission is tuned for refinement rather than aggressive shifts, perfectly matching the car's executive character. With a top speed of 211 km/h, it is more than capable of handling the fast-paced traffic on the E11 or E311 highways with total composure.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the ES350 features high-quality materials designed to resist the intense UV exposure common in the Gulf. The dual-zone climate control is complemented by the ventilated front seats, ensuring the cabin remains comfortable even when parked in the sun. Acoustic glass helps isolate the five passengers from road and wind noise, creating a serene environment for long-distance cross-border drives.

Safety

This model comes standard with the Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, featuring Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, which is indispensable for long desert highway stretches. The inclusion of Blind Spot Monitoring and 10 airbags provides comprehensive protection in fast-moving urban traffic. These active safety features are often paid options on rivals but come standard here, offering peace of mind for family buyers.

The bottom line

Perfect for the value-conscious executive or family looking for a nearly-new Lexus experience with exceptionally low mileage at a competitive price point.
