Summary

This listing offers a near-new opportunity to own the peak of the F90 generation, representing the final iteration of the non-hybrid M5 Competition. With only 11,000 km, it sits well below the average mileage for its year in the GCC, offering a mechanical life that’s barely begun. The white exterior is a prime choice for the local market, ensuring maximum heat reflection and a strong position for future resale. This model perfectly balances executive refinement with supercar-rivaling performance, making it an ideal choice for the daily commute between emirates. As the last pure-combustion high-performance sedan of its kind, it remains a highly sought-after benchmark for enthusiasts in the region.

This Car vs Other 2023 M5s

With just 11,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle is exceptionally low-mileage compared to the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC. The crisp white finish is one of the most resilient colors for the local climate and consistently commands faster turnover in the used market. Choosing this late-production F90 ensures you are getting the platform at its most resolved and mechanically refined stage.

COMPETITION PACK vs Lower Trims

The Competition Pack is a dedicated performance upgrade that increases output to 625 hp and sharpens the chassis with firmer engine mounts and a 7mm lower ride height. It includes the M Sport exhaust system for a more authoritative V8 note and adds distinctive high-gloss black exterior accents. Inside, you benefit from upgraded Merino leather and M-specific seatbelts that distinguish it from the standard M5.

M5 vs Segment Rivals

The M5 Competition stands out against the Mercedes-AMG E63 S by offering a more precise, rear-biased all-wheel-drive system that can be switched to pure 2WD for track use. Its 4.4L V8 is paired with a ZF 8-speed transmission that is widely considered more intuitive for daily GCC traffic than the multi-clutch setups in some rivals. It also leads the segment in long-distance highway comfort, making it the preferred grand tourer for cross-border trips.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 10.8 L/100km on combined cycles, though stop-start city traffic in major hubs like Dubai or Riyadh will see this rise. BMW’s authorized service network is extensive across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with Condition Based Service (CBS) monitoring engine oil and brake wear to optimize maintenance visits. The F90 generation has shown remarkably strong value retention in the GCC, typically outperforming its immediate European rivals over a three-year period.

Performance & Capability

The headline 3.3-second sprint to 100 km/h is supported by a massive 750 Nm of torque available from just 1,800 rpm, ensuring effortless overtaking on high-speed desert roads. The M xDrive system provides incredible stability during the winter rains or on sandy highway shoulders, while the M Driver’s Package unlocks a top speed of 305 km/h. Multiple drive modes allow the car to transform from a quiet executive cruiser into a focused track machine at the touch of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

Designed for the GCC heat, the cabin features a high-performance four-zone climate control system and ventilated front seats standard in this high-tier spec. The 12.3-inch digital cockpit and head-up display keep essential data in the driver's line of sight, which is crucial for safety on fast-moving multi-lane highways. Rear passengers enjoy dedicated cooling vents and ample legroom, ensuring the car remains a viable luxury sedan for family duties during the summer months.

Safety

This M5 comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite including Frontal Collision Warning, Active Blind Spot Detection, and Lane Departure Warning. The 360° camera system and parking sensors are essential for navigating tight parking structures in the region's malls and office towers. For long highway drives between the Emirates, the adaptive LED headlights and cruise control systems significantly reduce driver fatigue.

The bottom line

This is a rare chance for a GCC collector or performance enthusiast to secure a low-mileage, final-edition F90 M5 Competition that avoids the weight and complexity of newer hybrid systems.
