• 320 litres boot space with all seats in use
• Extensive GCC authorised service network

Summary

This 2023 Chevrolet Groove LT is a standout choice for urban commuters and small families looking for a modern crossover that balances efficiency with daily practicality. With a Vehicle Age of 3 years and only 33,000 km, this car has been driven significantly less than the typical 60,000–75,000 km expected for a vehicle of this age in the GCC. The White exterior is a high-demand resale color in the local market, offering excellent heat reflection and maintaining value better than darker shades. As a GCC-spec model, it is fully optimized for the region's climate and supported by Chevrolet's widespread service infrastructure. This listing represents a rare opportunity to secure a low-mileage, nearly new crossover that is perfectly suited for the stop-start traffic of Dubai or Riyadh.

This Car vs Other 2023 Grooves

While the average 3-year-old car in the UAE or Saudi Arabia typically shows 60,000 km or more on the odometer, this example has covered just 33,000 km. This low usage suggests significantly less wear on the powertrain and interior components, making it a premium choice in the used market. The White paintwork further strengthens its case, as it remains the most sought-after color for GCC buyers due to its high resale liquidity.

LT vs Lower Trims

The LT trim serves as a well-equipped entry point that includes essential GCC features such as cruise control for long highway stretches and an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. While it sits below the Premier, it retains the same efficient 1.5L engine and provides 16-inch alloy wheels and a rearview camera as standard. It avoids the complexity of a panoramic sunroof, which some local buyers prefer to avoid to maximize cabin cooling efficiency during peak summer.

Groove vs Segment Rivals

The Groove competes directly with the MG ZS and Toyota Raize, leading the segment with a highly competitive 45-litre fuel tank that offers impressive range for cross-country drives. Its cabin cooling system is specifically tuned for the region, often outperforming rivals in rapid temperature reduction after being parked in the sun. Additionally, the widespread availability of Chevrolet parts across all seven Emirates and neighboring GCC countries gives it a maintenance advantage over newer market entrants.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 6.6 L/100km, making it one of the most economical non-hybrid crossovers in the region. Service intervals are typically every 10,000 km, and with authorized centers available in almost every major GCC city, maintenance is convenient and predictable. The Groove experiences a moderate depreciation rate of approximately 12-15% annually, but low-mileage GCC-spec examples in White tend to hold their value toward the top of that range.

Performance & Capability

The 1.5L engine delivers 110 hp, providing a smooth and steady power delivery that is ideal for city navigation and maintaining highway speeds. While designed for efficiency rather than speed, it handles the daily commute with ease and offers a comfortable 170 km/h top speed for regional travel. Its front-wheel-drive layout and compact dimensions make it incredibly easy to park in tight urban spaces while still offering enough ground clearance to handle speed bumps and gravel tracks comfortably.

Comfort & Cabin

The 5-seat cabin is designed for maximum utility, featuring a 60/40 split-folding rear seat that expands the cargo area to over 1,100 litres for larger hauls. Standard air conditioning is robust, featuring dedicated vents and a quick-cool function essential for the GCC summer. The interior is finished with durable materials designed to withstand high UV exposure, and the infotainment system provides seamless smartphone integration for navigation and media on long drives.

Safety

Standard safety equipment on this LT trim includes four airbags, stability control (StabiliTrak), and a tire pressure monitoring system which is vital for safe highway driving in extreme heat. It also features rear parking sensors and a high-definition rearview camera to assist in urban environments. The inclusion of ISOFIX anchors makes it a safe and practical choice for young families requiring secure child seat fitment.

The bottom line

Ideal for a first-time buyer or a small family, this low-mileage GCC-spec Groove offers the peace of mind of a nearly new car with the proven reliability of the Chevrolet service network.
