Summary

This 2023 911 Turbo S is a standout performance buy with just 8,000 km, placing it well below the average mileage for a three-year-old vehicle in the GCC. The Black exterior is one of the most resilient colors for resale in the local market, and the Turbo S trim offers the peak of the 992.1 generation’s technical capability. As a European-spec model, it features the refined hardware enthusiasts look for, while its all-wheel-drive system ensures supercar-level grip on well-maintained UAE highways. For the GCC buyer, this represents an opportunity to own a near-new flagship 911 that balances extreme speed with high-speed grand touring comfort.

This Car vs Other 2023 911s

With only 8,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered significantly less ground than the typical 60,000–75,000 km expected for a three-year-old car in the GCC. The Black-on-black configuration is a high-demand palette in the UAE, consistently outperforming niche colors during resale. Its European specification is highly regarded for its build quality and is easily maintained by the specialized service networks found across the Emirates.

TURBO S vs Lower Trims

The Turbo S trim is a significant leap over the standard Turbo, adding Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) as standard—features that are vital for high-temperature performance. Inside, it upgrades to 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus and the full leather interior package, which provides a level of cooling and seat comfort essential for the Gulf climate. It also includes the LED Matrix headlights with PDLS+, offering superior visibility during night drives between cities.

911 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to rivals like the Ferrari F8 Tributo or McLaren 720S, the 911 leads in everyday usability and cabin insulation, which is a major advantage for Dubai and Abu Dhabi traffic. Its climate control system is engineered for reliable cooling even in 45-degree heat, a common pain point for some mid-engine competitors. Additionally, the 911’s all-wheel-drive system provides a more stable and confidence-inspiring platform for long-distance highway cruising across the region.

Running Costs & Resale

The 911 Turbo S holds its value exceptionally well in the GCC, typically seeing 10-15% depreciation by the third year, which is lower than many Italian supercars. Service intervals are recommended every 15,000 km or annually, and the UAE has a dense network of authorized Porsche centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Fuel consumption is surprisingly efficient for a 600 hp car, averaging 12 L/100km on highways, though GCC stop-start traffic will see this figure rise.

Performance & Capability

Delivering a verified 0-100 km/h time of 2.7 seconds, this car offers physics-defying acceleration that is perfectly suited for Yas Marina track days or safe highway overtaking. The twin-turbocharged flat-six engine provides 800 Nm of torque, ensuring effortless power delivery regardless of the outside temperature. Five distinct drive modes, including a dedicated Wet mode, ensure the car handles perfectly on sandy coastal roads or during rare rain showers.

Comfort & Cabin

The 2+2 seating layout makes this a practical daily driver, with the 18-way adjustable seats providing enough support for both spirited driving and long cross-border journeys. The cabin is equipped with a premium Bose or Burmester audio system and dual-zone climate control that quickly cools the interior after a day in the sun. European spec ensures high-quality cabin materials that resist wear and fading under the intense GCC sunlight.

Safety

Safety is managed by a full suite of ADAS features, including Porsche Stability Management (PSM), which is essential for maintaining control on gravel-strewn desert highways. Standard equipment includes front and rear parking sensors with a 360-degree camera, making it easy to maneuver in tight city parking. The inclusion of Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes ensures consistent, fade-free stopping power, even under the stress of high-speed UAE highway driving.

The bottom line

This is a low-mileage, high-spec European example of the definitive daily supercar, offering a perfect entry point for a buyer who wants flagship 911 performance with strong GCC resale potential.
