Summary

This 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring is a prime example of the 992.1 generation, offering the mechanical intensity of a race car with the understated aesthetic of a classic coupe. With only 8,900 km over its 2-year lifespan, its mileage is significantly lower than typical GCC averages for premium sports cars, preserving its showroom-fresh mechanical state. The Grey exterior is a high-demand, strong-resale choice in the region, perfectly complementing the Touring’s wingless, sophisticated silhouette. For the GCC buyer, this specific trim provides the ultimate dual-purpose experience: a naturally aspirated engine that thrives on open desert highways and a refined cabin that remains comfortable in city traffic. This listing represents a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage, highly collectible specification of Porsche’s most celebrated modern driver's car.

This Car vs Other 2024 911s

At 2 years old, this car's 8,900 km odometer reading is exceptionally low compared to the 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC used market. While many local 911s are used as high-speed commuters between emirates, this example has been driven sparingly, ensuring minimal wear on the high-revving powertrain. The Grey finish is a perennial favorite in the UAE and Saudi markets, offering better heat management and higher resale liquidity than more niche colors.

GT3 TOURING vs Lower Trims

The GT3 Touring adds a motorsport-derived 4.0L naturally aspirated engine and double-wishbone front suspension that are entirely absent on Carrera models. Unlike the standard GT3, the Touring replaces the fixed 'swan-neck' wing with an automatically deploying rear spoiler for a more elegant profile. Inside, it swaps track-ready Alcantara for premium leather on the steering wheel and gear lever, a choice that holds up better under the intense GCC sun and provides a more luxurious feel.

911 vs Segment Rivals

The 911 GT3 Touring is often cross-shopped with the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica and the Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition. It leads the segment with its 9,000 rpm redline and the unique purity of a naturally aspirated flat-six engine in a market increasingly dominated by turbocharging. For long GCC drives, the 911 offers superior cabin ergonomics and air conditioning efficiency, making it a more viable daily driver than its Italian or British competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Porsche GT3 models exhibit some of the strongest value retention in the GCC, typically outperforming standard 911 variants by 5–8% at the 3-year mark. Authorized service centers are widely available across major GCC cities, with standard intervals occurring every 15,000 km or annually, though many local owners opt for early oil changes due to extreme summer heat. Real-world fuel consumption averages around 13.5 L/100km, reflecting a mix of high-speed highway cruising and stop-start urban traffic.

Performance & Capability

The heart of this vehicle is its 502-horsepower flat-six, capable of a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 3.4 seconds. On the expansive highways of the UAE or Saudi Arabia, the GT3 Touring remains remarkably stable up to its 311 km/h top speed, aided by rear-axle steering that enhances high-speed cornering and low-speed maneuverability. The 7-speed PDK transmission provides lightning-fast shifts, ensuring the engine stays in its power band whether overtaking on the highway or lapping the Dubai Autodrome.

Comfort & Cabin

Despite its track-focused origins, the Touring cabin is tailored for road use with a 2-seat layout focused on driver engagement. The dual-zone climate control is engineered to handle 45°C+ temperatures, providing rapid cooling essential for the local climate. High-quality insulation effectively isolates the cabin from desert road noise, while the infotainment system and premium audio ensure a connected experience during long cross-border drives.

Safety

Standard safety features include Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with sport tuning, which is particularly effective at maintaining traction on sandy or gravel-strewn road shoulders. High-performance composite brakes provide exceptional stopping power, and the car's advanced LED lighting system offers superior visibility for nighttime desert highway driving. This trim also includes front and side airbags specifically designed for the high-G forces associated with performance driving.

The bottom line

This low-mileage GT3 Touring is the perfect acquisition for a GCC enthusiast seeking the raw soul of a GT3 without the aggressive track styling, offering peak collectibility and immediate road readiness.
