Summary

This 2024 Ferrari Roma Spider represents a rare opportunity to own the Prancing Horse’s first front-engined soft-top in over 50 years, presented here with delivery-level mileage. Finished in timeless black, this car benefits from exceptionally strong resale demand in the UAE market, where dark tones and low-odometer examples are highly coveted. The Roma Spider balances visceral supercar performance with the refinement of a grand tourer, making it equally suited for coastal drives or spirited highway journeys. As a nearly-new vehicle, it offers the peace of mind of Ferrari's industry-leading maintenance programs, which are essential for long-term ownership in the GCC.

This Car vs Other 2024 Ferrari Romas

With only 1,000 km on the odometer, this Roma Spider is significantly below the average annual mileage for a grand tourer in the GCC, where 20,000 km per year is common. Its black exterior is one of the three most sought-after colors for resale in Dubai and the wider UAE, ensuring it holds its value better than more experimental shades. This listing offers a 'like-new' experience without the typical waiting period associated with factory orders.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the Roma is a bespoke grand tourer, the 'Standard' trim includes high-value features that GCC buyers prioritize, such as the 16-inch digital instrument cluster and carbon-ceramic brakes. This specific model features the innovative five-layer fabric soft-top, which provides acoustic insulation comparable to a hard-top, a critical advantage during the intense UAE summer. The interior is equipped with the dual-cockpit design, separating the driver and passenger experiences with dedicated digital interfaces.

Ferrari Roma vs Segment Rivals

The Roma Spider leads the Aston Martin Vantage Roadster and Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet in its blend of heritage and daily usability. Its 80-liter fuel tank is optimized for long-distance cruising across the Emirates, providing greater range than many mid-engine competitors. Additionally, the Ferrari 7-Year Genuine Maintenance program provides a level of cost-predictability that rivals in this segment rarely match.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 3.9L V8 averages approximately 11.4 L/100km, though this varies in stop-start city traffic in Riyadh or Dubai. Owners benefit from the Ferrari 7-Year Genuine Maintenance Programme, which covers all scheduled routine servicing via authorized centers like Al Tayer Motors and Fast Auto Technic. Value retention for the Roma remains strong in the GCC, typically depreciating slower than traditional luxury sedans due to its status as Ferrari's premier front-engine convertible.

Performance & Capability

The 620 hp twin-turbo V8 delivers a blistering 0-100 km/h time of 3.4 seconds, ensuring effortless overtaking on fast-moving highways like the E11. The 8-speed dual-clutch transmission is derived from the SF90 Stradale, offering lightning-fast shifts and a specialized 'Comfort' mode for urban driving. An active rear spoiler with three distinct positions manages downforce automatically, providing stability during high-speed cross-border drives.

Comfort & Cabin

Designed as a '2+' grand tourer, the cabin is focused on front-seat luxury with high-grade Italian leather and a powerful climate control system built to withstand 45°C+ summer peaks. The fabric roof can be deployed or retracted in just 13.5 seconds at speeds up to 60 km/h, perfect for the changing weather of the GCC winter. Even with the roof stowed, the 255-liter boot remains usable for weekend luggage or golf bags.

Safety

Standard safety equipment includes a comprehensive ADAS suite with adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring, which are essential for navigating multi-lane GCC highways. The Roma Spider also features the Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer and Side Slip Control 6.0, providing electronically managed stability on sand-dusted or occasional wet surfaces. Front and side airbags come standard, ensuring top-tier occupant protection.

The bottom line

This 2024 Roma Spider is a perfect match for the enthusiast looking for factory-fresh condition and maximum resale protection in the GCC market. It offers the ultimate open-top Italian experience with the security of a full service history and extremely low mileage.
