Summary

This 2024 INEOS Grenadier Fieldmaster Edition offers a rare opportunity to own a nearly new, GCC-spec example of the world's most talked-about modern 4x4. The Fieldmaster trim is the range's refined choice, balancing the Grenadier's legendary ruggedness with premium Nappa leather, Safari windows, and heated front seats for a more comfortable daily experience. In the GCC market, the Beige exterior is an ideal choice for heat reflection and holds strong resale appeal among off-road enthusiasts. Powered by a BMW-sourced 3.0L straight-six, it provides the reliability and smooth power delivery essential for both long highway hauls across the Emirates and demanding weekend expeditions. With only 18,000 km, this vehicle is barely broken in and ready for its next adventure.

This Car vs Other 2024 INEOS Grenadiers

With just 18,000 km, this Grenadier sits well below the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC market. Being a GCC-spec model, it ensures full compatibility with regional service centers and retains a significant value premium over grey-market imports. The Beige exterior is not only a practical choice for the desert climate but is also one of the most sought-after colors for this specific model in the used market.

FIELDMASTER EDITION vs Lower Trims

The Fieldmaster Edition is the 'luxury' counterpoint to the Trialmaster, adding 18-inch alloy wheels, Safari windows for an airy cabin feel, and full leather upholstery. It also includes the Smooth Pack as standard, which provides a rearview camera, park assist, and power-heated mirrors—features that make navigating tight city spaces in Dubai or Riyadh far more manageable than the base utility trim.

Grenadier vs Segment Rivals

The Grenadier leads rivals like the Land Rover Defender and Jeep Wrangler in terms of pure analog durability, utilizing a full box-section ladder frame and solid beam axles. Its 90-litre fuel tank provides a superior range for long-distance desert crossings compared to more road-biased luxury SUVs. While the G-Wagon offers more tech, the Grenadier offers a purpose-built utility focus that is increasingly rare in the modern SUV segment.

Running Costs & Resale

The BMW-sourced petrol engine typically sees a combined fuel consumption of 12.6 L/100km, though GCC city traffic may push this higher. Service intervals are set at 12 months or 12,000 km, and the brand is supported in the UAE by established distributors like Adamas and Al Futtaim, ensuring specialized parts availability. Due to production pauses and high global demand, the Grenadier is currently showing exceptional value retention in the GCC, often depreciating slower than traditional European luxury SUVs.

Performance & Capability

Equipped with a 286 hp straight-six engine and the legendary ZF 8-speed automatic transmission, the Grenadier delivers a smooth 0-100 km/h in approximately 8.6 seconds. Its off-road hardware is best-in-class, featuring a two-speed transfer case and a center differential lock as standard for serious terrain. The 3,500 kg towing capacity makes it a premier choice for hauling large boats or heavy trailers between emirates with total confidence.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the Fieldmaster Edition upgrades the experience with premium Nappa leather seats and Safari glass panels that can be tilted or removed entirely. The cabin is designed for GCC summers with powerful cooling and physical switches that are easy to operate even while wearing gloves or driving over rough dunes. Recaro seats provide superior ergonomic support for long-distance road trips from Abu Dhabi to Muscat.

Safety

This trim comes equipped with a modern suite of safety tech including Lane Departure Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Driver Drowsiness Detection. The inclusion of a 360-degree camera system and high-visibility LED auxiliary lights is particularly helpful for nighttime desert driving and tight parking maneuvers. Its heavy-duty galvanized steel body and solid axles provide a robust safety foundation that rivals typically cannot match.

The bottom line

This is the perfect match for a GCC buyer who wants the ultimate expedition vehicle without sacrificing the cabin refinements needed for daily UAE traffic. It is a highly capable, low-mileage example in a prime resale configuration that is ready for immediate delivery.
