Summary

This 2024 Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica represents the final evolution of the legendary V10 lineage, combining the raw power of the track-focused STO with a more refined road-going character. With only 22,700 km on the clock, this 2-year-old example has been driven sparingly, fitting perfectly into the typical low-mileage profile of high-end exotics in the GCC. The timeless black exterior is a premier resale color in the local market, ensuring strong demand and value retention for collectors. Compared to the standard EVO, the Tecnica offers improved aerodynamics and a more aggressive rear-wheel-drive setup for the ultimate driver involvement. For a GCC owner, this is a rare opportunity to own one of the final naturally aspirated V10 masterpieces before the transition to hybrid powertrains.

This Car vs Other 2024 Huracans

At 22,700 km, this Huracan Tecnica shows mileage consistent with being a well-loved weekend driver in the GCC, where the average annual use for supercars typically sits well below the regional passenger car average of 25,000 km. Its black finish is a high-demand choice in the UAE and Saudi markets, often commanding quicker resale turnaround than more niche colors. Being a Japanese spec vehicle, it has been maintained in a market known for strict mechanical standards and meticulous owner care.

TECNICA vs Lower Trims

The Tecnica serves as the bridge between the Huracan EVO RWD and the radical STO, adding 30 hp over the standard rear-wheel-drive model and inheriting the full 640 hp output from the track-specialist STO. Key upgrades that GCC buyers value include standard rear-wheel steering for enhanced agility on tight city streets and a significantly improved carbon-ceramic brake cooling system designed to handle high-performance driving in extreme temperatures. The interior also features an updated HMI touchscreen interface that offers better connectivity and graphics than earlier EVO models.

Huracan vs Segment Rivals

The Huracan Tecnica stands apart from rivals like the Ferrari F8 Tributo and McLaren 750S by sticking to its soul-stirring, naturally aspirated 5.2L V10 engine, providing a mechanical soundtrack and throttle response that turbocharged competitors cannot replicate. Its Rear-Wheel Steering system provides a tighter turning circle than many mid-engine rivals, making it surprisingly manageable during urban commutes in Dubai or Riyadh. Furthermore, the Huracan's reputation for mechanical reliability in the high-heat GCC climate remains a decisive factor for local supercar enthusiasts.

Running Costs & Resale

The naturally aspirated V10 delivers a combined fuel consumption of approximately 14.5 L/100km (WLTP), which is surprisingly efficient for a car of this caliber during steady highway cruising between Emirates. Service intervals are typically every 15,000 km or 12 months, and the authorized Lamborghini network is exceptionally strong across the GCC, with world-class facilities in all major cities. As production of the V10 Huracan has officially concluded, the Tecnica is widely expected to maintain excellent value retention as a landmark final-edition collectible.

Performance & Capability

With 640 hp delivered exclusively to the rear wheels, the Tecnica is a purist's machine that can reach 200 km/h in a staggering 9.1 seconds. The Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI) system has been specifically recalibrated for this trim to provide a more playful and responsive handling characteristic on GCC's high-grip asphalt. It features dedicated driving modes—Strada, Sport, and Corsa—allowing the driver to transition from a composed grand tourer to a sharp track weapon at the touch of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is a blend of carbon fiber and high-end Alcantara, focused entirely on the driver while maintaining the necessary amenities for a comfortable UAE summer. The air conditioning system is engineered to cope with the region's extreme heat, and the cabin insulation provides a refined environment during long-distance highway drives. Despite its performance focus, the Tecnica includes modern comforts such as Apple CarPlay and a high-fidelity audio system for everyday usability.

Safety

The Huracan Tecnica features a comprehensive safety suite including advanced Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and a sophisticated traction control system tuned specifically for a rear-wheel-drive layout. Standard equipment includes powerful carbon-ceramic brakes for fade-free stopping performance and front and side airbags integrated into the lightweight aluminum and carbon fiber chassis. The LDVI system acts as an invisible safety net, anticipating driver intent and adjusting the car's behavior to maintain stability during high-speed maneuvers.

The bottom line

This 2024 Tecnica is the perfect acquisition for the enthusiast seeking the most refined version of the legendary V10 engine before it leaves production forever. Its combination of low mileage, a strong resale color, and peak performance specs makes it a highly secure investment in the GCC supercar market.
