Summary

This 2024 Lamborghini Urus S offers a near-new ownership experience with just 4,000 km on the clock, positioned perfectly for the GCC buyer who values low-mileage exclusivity. Finished in a sophisticated Grey—a high-resale staple in the regional market—it provides the ideal balance between raw supercar performance and everyday drivability. As the 'S' trim, it retains the adaptive air suspension necessary for long, comfortable highway stints between Emirates, unlike the stiffer, track-focused Performante. For those looking to command the road without sacrificing luxury, this V8 powerhouse stands as the most versatile performance SUV available today. Its low usage makes it a standout choice for anyone seeking a current-model-year vehicle without the wait for a factory allocation.

This Car vs Other 2024 Urus S's

With only 4,000 km, this vehicle is significantly below the typical 20,000 km annual average seen in the GCC, representing a 'garage-kept' opportunity. The Grey exterior is a highly liquid color in the local market, ensuring it remains more desirable at resale than louder, niche shades. Buyers looking at 2024 models will find this specific example offers the mechanical freshness of a new car with the immediate availability the market demands.

S vs Lower Trims

The Urus S is the evolution of the original Urus, bringing an increased output of 657 hp and a re-tuned exhaust system for a more visceral acoustic profile. Unlike the Performante, the S trim maintains the height-adjustable air suspension, which is essential for navigating varied GCC terrain and providing a plush ride during city commutes. It also introduces the specific 'S' interior trim options and a new aerodynamic skid plate as standard for improved high-speed stability.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

While the Aston Martin DBX707 offers slightly higher peak horsepower, the Urus S leads with a more extensive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC. Compared to the Ferrari Purosangue, the Urus provides superior cargo flexibility and a more established track record for reliability in extreme desert heat. Its 85-litre fuel tank ensures longer intervals between stops during cross-border drives compared to more compact luxury crossovers.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically ranges between 14-16 L/100km in mixed GCC driving, reflecting the demands of stop-start city traffic and high-speed cruising. Lamborghini recommends service intervals every 15,000 km or 12 months, with a robust network of authorized centers in major cities like Dubai, Riyadh, and Kuwait City ensuring expert maintenance. The Urus holds a strong value retention profile in the GCC, typically depreciating slower than many European luxury SUVs due to consistent regional demand.

Performance & Capability

The Urus S delivers a staggering 0-100 km/h time of 3.5 seconds, powered by a 4.0-litre V8 that produces 850 Nm of torque. Its sophisticated all-wheel-drive system includes active rear torque vectoring and four-wheel steering, making it exceptionally agile for a vehicle of its size during highway overtaking. The ANIMA drive selector features dedicated modes including Neve (snow/slick), ensuring stability even during rare rain events or on gravel-strewn desert paths.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is designed for long-distance comfort, featuring premium leather upholstery and the dual-screen Lamborghini Infotainment System III with full smartphone integration. High-output air conditioning and insulated glass are standard, ensuring the cabin remains a cool sanctuary even when external temperatures exceed 45°C. With up to 616 litres of boot space, it is genuinely capable of handling family road trips or high-end shopping excursions with ease.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive ADAS suite with Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Lane Keeping Assist, all of which are invaluable for fast-moving multi-lane highway traffic. The vehicle is equipped with high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes for unmatched stopping power and a 360-degree camera system to assist in tight urban parking. Forward and rear collision mitigation systems provide an extra layer of protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

This low-mileage Urus S is the perfect acquisition for a collector or daily driver who wants the peak of Italian performance without compromising on the comfort required for GCC roads.
