Summary

This 2021 Lamborghini Urus is a high-performance standout, featuring the full Novitec Esteso widebody conversion and performance mapping. With mileage at 36,500 km, it has been driven less than the typical annual average for high-end SUVs in the GCC, preserving its mechanical integrity and cabin condition. The Grey exterior is a high-demand, high-resale color in the Emirates, offering a stealthy contrast to the aggressive carbon fiber body extensions. For a buyer seeking the ultimate presence on the road, this Novitec-tuned variant delivers levels of performance and visual impact that exceed the factory specification. As a European regional spec, it provides a unique performance configuration for the local market.

This Car vs Other 2021 Urus

With 36,500 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered roughly 12,000 km per year, which is significantly lower than the 20,000–25,000 km annual average typically seen in the GCC. The Grey exterior finish is among the strongest colors for value retention in the UAE, consistently outperforming bolder shades in the secondary market. The addition of the authentic Novitec Esteso package makes this listing a rarity compared to standard inventory.

NOVITEC vs Lower Trims

The Novitec trim elevates the Urus far beyond the base model, adding a widebody kit that increases the vehicle's width by 10 cm at the front and 12 cm at the rear. Beyond the visual drama, this package includes a power increase to 782 hp and 1,032 Nm of torque via N-TRONIC tuning modules. It also features 23-inch Vossen forged wheels and a sport-tuned exhaust system that standard models lack.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Urus leads segment rivals like the Bentley Bentayga and Aston Martin DBX in raw acceleration and aggressive styling. While the Bentayga focuses on ultimate cabin silence, the Urus provides a supercar-derived driving dynamic better suited for the high-speed multi-lane highways of the UAE. Its shared platform with other high-end SUVs also ensures that specialized parts and expert service are more accessible than for niche rivals.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this high-output V8 typically ranges between 12.7L and 15L/100km, depending on the use of sport modes in city traffic. In the GCC, the Urus maintains one of the most resilient resale profiles in the luxury SUV segment, with three-year depreciation often hovering around 16.7%. Authorized service centers are widely available across major cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh, ensuring long-term maintenance is straightforward.

Performance & Capability

The Novitec-tuned 4.0L V8 produces a staggering 782 hp, allowing this SUV to hit 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. This performance is particularly impressive during highway overtaking on long desert stretches between emirates, where the twin-turbo power delivery is instantaneous. The vehicle retains its sophisticated all-wheel-drive system and selectable drive modes, providing stability on both high-speed tarmac and gravel surfaces.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the five-seat cabin is designed to handle the extreme GCC heat with a high-capacity climate control system and advanced heat-insulating glass. The Novitec refinement often extends to bespoke interior materials, offering a blend of Alcantara and naked carbon fiber. The spacious rear seating and 616-liter boot capacity ensure that this supercar-slaying SUV remains fully capable of family weekend trips or airport runs.

Safety

Safety is managed by a comprehensive suite of systems including carbon-ceramic brakes for immense stopping power, which is vital for high-speed highway driving. Standard ADAS features include blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and a 360-degree camera system to assist with parking in tight urban spaces. These active safety technologies are particularly useful for navigating the fast-paced traffic common in Dubai and Riyadh.

The bottom line

For the enthusiast who finds the standard Urus too common, this Novitec-tuned widebody offers elite performance and a high-resale color profile that makes it a premier buy in the GCC market.
