Highlights

• Hand-built 4.0L V8 biturbo engine
• 3,500 kg braked towing capacity

Summary

This 2024 model presents a compelling opportunity for GCC buyers, featuring remarkably low mileage of just 15,000 km, which is well below the regional annual average. Finished in white, the vehicle carries the strongest resale color for the G-Class in the UAE and wider Gulf markets. As a Korean-spec import, it offers an attractive entry point into the G63 ownership experience while maintaining the iconic performance and presence that defines the model. The hand-assembled V8 powertrain remains the gold standard for luxury SUVs in the region, offering a level of character and power that its competitors struggle to match.

This Car vs Other 2024 G63 AMGs

With just 15,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle's mileage is significantly lower than the 20,000–25,000 km typically seen on GCC cars of the same age. The white exterior is a high-demand choice in the local market, ensuring it stays cooler in summer and holds its value better at trade-in. While being a Korean-spec model, it offers the same mechanical performance as local variants at a more accessible market position.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the G63 AMG represents the top of the G-Class hierarchy, it includes performance upgrades that are absent on the G500, such as the handcrafted engine and the AMG Ride Control suspension. This trim adds the essential 360-degree camera system and ventilated front seats, which are critical for navigating tight UAE parking spaces and surviving the peak summer heat. The interior also features the upgraded Burmester surround sound system and ambient lighting as standard equipment.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

The G63 stands apart from rivals like the Range Rover SVR and Lamborghini Urus by maintaining a rugged body-on-frame construction that offers superior durability for desert excursions. Its 100-litre fuel tank provides a longer cruising range for cross-border trips between Dubai, Riyadh, and Muscat compared to more road-biased performance SUVs. Furthermore, the G63’s iconic design and vertical windshield offer a commanding driving position that is unique in the luxury segment.

Running Costs & Resale

The G63 AMG historically enjoys some of the highest value retention in the GCC luxury market, often depreciating much slower than its European rivals. While fuel consumption reflects the high-performance V8 nature, the large tank capacity is well-suited for long highway drives between Emirates. Mercedes-Benz maintains one of the most comprehensive authorized service networks across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, ensuring that maintenance and specialized AMG parts are readily available even for imported specifications.

Performance & Capability

Powered by a 585 hp twin-turbo V8, this SUV reaches 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, providing effortless overtaking power on fast-moving highways like Sheikh Zayed Road. The three locking differentials and low-range transfer case ensure it remains a genuine off-road tool capable of handling soft sand during weekend desert escapes. With a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 kg, it is also one of the most capable luxury vehicles for hauling trailers or boats.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is tailored for the GCC climate with a powerful multi-zone climate control system and ventilated seating to keep passengers comfortable during the 45°C summer months. The five-seat layout provides ample headroom and a high-seated view, while the acoustic glass helps insulate the interior from heat and road noise during long commutes. The digital cockpit and MMI interface offer seamless connectivity for modern executive use.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive ADAS suite with active brake assist, lane-keeping assist, and blind-spot monitoring, which are essential for safety on the region’s high-speed multi-lane roads. The vehicle is equipped with a 360-degree camera system to assist with visibility, alongside a robust array of nine airbags and electronic stability programs specifically tuned for both high-speed asphalt and loose sand surfaces.

The bottom line

This low-mileage 2024 G63 is a perfect choice for the buyer who wants the status and performance of an AMG flagship in the most popular GCC color, while benefiting from the competitive pricing of a high-quality import.
