Summary

This 2024 Rolls-Royce Phantom EWB represents the absolute peak of chauffeured luxury, offering an additional 220mm of rear legroom compared to the standard model. With just 25,600 km, this European-spec example remains in exceptional condition, reflecting a usage profile that is very low for a vehicle of this caliber in the GCC. The 6.75-liter V12 provides a near-silent, effortless surge of power that distinguishes it from rivals like the Bentley Mulsanne or Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. For a buyer in Dubai or Riyadh, this black-on-black configuration offers the strongest possible resale profile and a commanding presence. Ownership requires adherence to premium service standards at authorized centers to maintain its signature 'Magic Carpet Ride' suspension.

This Car vs Other 2024 Phantoms

At 25,600 km, this Phantom has been driven significantly less than the typical 45,000–50,000 km expected of a two-year-old vehicle in the GCC's highway-centric environment. The black exterior is the most sought-after color in the regional secondary market, ensuring it retains a premium over more experimental bespoke shades. While a European spec, it remains fully compatible with local high-octane fuel and climate demands, provided the cooling system is maintained at authorized facilities.

EWB vs Lower Trims

The Extended Wheelbase (EWB) is the definitive choice for rear-cabin occupancy, providing a dedicated 8.7 inches of extra legroom that the standard Phantom lacks. This trim includes the Immersive Seating configuration as standard, replacing the rear bench with two individual power-reclining seats separated by a fixed center console. You also gain exclusive interior refinements and larger rear doors that facilitate more graceful entry and exit, a key requirement for executive use in the region.

Phantom vs Segment Rivals

The Phantom stands alone in a segment above the Bentley Flying Spur and Mercedes-Maybach S680, offering a level of hand-built craftsmanship and sound insulation that is unmatched. Its massive 100-liter fuel tank is specifically suited for long-distance travel between emirates or cross-border GCC trips, providing a range that smaller luxury sedans cannot match. The sheer physical footprint and the 'Architecture of Luxury' all-aluminum spaceframe provide a ride quality that virtually eliminates the sensation of road imperfections common on secondary city streets.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the V12 engine typically averages around 17.0 L/100km, which is expected for a vehicle of this scale in GCC stop-start traffic. As a European spec, buyers should confirm service history consistency at specialized luxury workshops in the UAE, as official local agency warranty coverage may differ from GCC-spec cars. Historical depreciation for the Phantom EWB is approximately 15% annually in the local market, though the black exterior significantly aids in value retention at the 3-year mark.

Performance & Capability

The twin-turbocharged V12 delivers 563 hp with a massive 900 Nm of torque available from just 1,700 rpm, allowing for smooth highway overtaking without the engine ever sounding strained. It reaches a top speed of 250 km/h with a level of stability that makes long desert highway drives feel remarkably short. The GPS-aided transmission and front-facing cameras proactively adjust the air suspension to prepare for road changes, ensuring the cabin remains undisturbed by high-speed expansion joints or uneven pavement.

Comfort & Cabin

The four-seat interior is optimized for the GCC climate, featuring high-capacity multi-zone climate control and ventilated seats in both the front and rear. The EWB's extra length allows for the fitment of deep-pile lambswool carpets and the 'Starlight Headliner' which creates a celestial atmosphere during night drives across the desert. Acoustic-laminated glass and over 130kg of sound insulation ensure the cabin remains a silent sanctuary, even in the middle of heavy urban traffic.

Safety

The Phantom EWB comes standard with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including Night Vision for enhanced visibility on unlit desert roads and a 360° camera system to manage its substantial dimensions in tight city parking. Adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist provide effortless safety during long hauls between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Passive safety is managed by a robust aluminum spaceframe and a full array of front, side, and curtain airbags designed to protect all four occupants.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to secure a low-mileage 2024 Phantom EWB in the region's most desirable color, offering the pinnacle of prestige for those who prefer to be driven.
