Summary

This 2025 Ferrari 12Cilindri is a rare opportunity to own a nearly delivery-mileage example of Maranello's latest naturally aspirated masterpiece. With only 60 km on the odometer, this one-year-old supercar is effectively brand new and finished in the iconic Rosso Corsa, ensuring the strongest possible resale value in the GCC market. It represents the absolute pinnacle of front-engine performance, standing alone in a segment where rivals have largely turned to turbocharging or heavy hybrid assistance. For the UAE or Saudi collector, this listing offers a fast track past long waiting lists for what is likely the final evolution of the pure Ferrari V12 engine. Owning this car in the GCC means possessing a piece of automotive history that is as capable of crossing borders at high speed as it is of headlining the region's most exclusive car meets.

This Car vs Other 2025 12Cilindris

With just 60 km, this vehicle's mileage is exceptionally low even for a supercar, where the GCC average for collectors usually sits around 2,000–5,000 km per year. It presents as a fresh delivery, offering a pristine mechanical and cosmetic state that is highly prized by local buyers. The classic red exterior is a foundational choice for Ferrari in the Middle East, consistently commanding a premium and selling faster than unconventional colors.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the flagship V12 berlinetta, the 12Cilindri doesn't have lower trims in the traditional sense, but this example features the high-performance 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and advanced Side Slip Control (SSC) 8.0. It includes the essential 15.6-inch passenger display and the high-output cooling systems required for maintaining 830 hp in the extreme heat of a Gulf summer. The cabin is trimmed in premium materials that surpass the entry-level configurations often found in the V8 range.

12Cilindri vs Segment Rivals

While the Lamborghini Revuelto relies on a complex hybrid system, the Ferrari remains a purist's choice with its high-revving, naturally aspirated V12. Against grand tourers like the Aston Martin DBS, the Ferrari offers a significantly more advanced aerodynamic package and a more modern digital cockpit layout. Its rear-wheel-drive setup and front-mid engine placement provide a classic balance that few modern rivals can replicate with such precision.

Running Costs & Resale

The 6.5L V12 is designed for high-octane Super 98 fuel, essential for extracting its full potential on GCC highways. Ferrari's 7-year maintenance program is generally honored by authorized dealers like Al Tayer in the UAE or Fast Auto Technic in KSA, though buyers should verify the transferability of 'Other' spec warranties locally. Historically, flagship V12 Ferraris hold their value better than any other model in the range, often appreciating as they become the 'final' examples of their engine type.

Performance & Capability

The 830 hp engine screams to a 9,500 rpm redline, delivering an auditory experience that is unmatched on the open roads between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. A 0–100 km/h time of 2.9 seconds ensures it stays at the front of any pack, while the active aerodynamics adjust in real-time to provide high-speed stability during long-distance desert drives. The 8-speed DCT is calibrated for lightning-fast shifts, making the car feel alive and responsive even at the legal limit.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is a blend of high-tech digital displays and traditional luxury, featuring a dedicated screen for the passenger to monitor performance data. Despite its track-ready credentials, the cabin is well-insulated from exterior heat and road noise, making it a viable grand tourer for cross-border trips. The air conditioning is engineered to handle intense humidity and heat, a critical factor for year-round enjoyment in the GCC.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive suite of advanced traction and stability controls tailored for high-horsepower rear-wheel-drive dynamics. It features carbon-ceramic brakes for fade-free stopping power even after repeated high-speed use in high ambient temperatures. The 12Cilindri also incorporates modern driver assistance systems like blind-spot monitoring, which is vital for navigating the fast-moving, multi-lane highway networks common in the region.

The bottom line

This is a delivery-mileage masterpiece for the serious collector who demands the purest Ferrari experience available today without the multi-year wait. It is the definitive GCC status symbol that pairs legendary V12 heritage with cutting-edge performance.
