Summary

This one-year-old F-150 Tremor presents a significant opportunity, combining the rugged specialized suspension of the Tremor trim with the premium Lux package typically found in higher-tier luxury models. In the GCC market, Blue is a highly desirable resale color, and at just over 29,000 km, this truck is barely broken in compared to the average UAE annual usage of 25,000 km. It stands out by offering near-Raptor off-road capabilities—including a factory lift and upgraded shocks—without the high maintenance costs of a dedicated performance truck. For GCC buyers, the massive fuel tank and ventilated cabin make this an ideal choice for crossing borders or tackling long desert highway stretches in peak summer heat.

This Car vs Other 2025 F-150s

At 29,231 km, this vehicle sits slightly above the UAE annual average for its first year, but this is well within the expected range for a high-utility pickup often used for long-distance highway travel. The GCC specification ensures the cooling system and air conditioning are factory-built for extreme heat, a vital advantage over imported models. The Blue exterior is a strong resale performer in the region, offering a distinct but professional look that maintains value better than niche colors.

TREMOR CREW CAB LUX vs Lower Trims

The Lux package significantly elevates the Tremor above the standard off-road trim by adding essential GCC luxury features like ventilated front seats and a premium B&O audio system. It also includes the 360-degree camera system and advanced ADAS features that are optional on lower trims. This specific Lux configuration provides the Pro Power Onboard system, allowing you to run external electrical equipment directly from the truck bed.

F-150 vs Segment Rivals

The F-150 Tremor leads rivals like the Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss and RAM 1500 Rebel with its superior 6,123 kg (13,500 lbs) towing capacity when properly equipped. Its 136-litre fuel tank offers a significant range advantage for long drives through Saudi Arabia or across the Emirates compared to the smaller standard tanks in the RAM. Additionally, the twin-turbo EcoBoost engine provides higher torque at lower RPMs than the naturally aspirated V8s found in its competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 3.5L EcoBoost in GCC conditions averages approximately 12.4 L/100km, though this varies between city traffic in Dubai and open highway cruising. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from Ford’s extensive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, ensuring parts are readily available. The Tremor trim holds value exceptionally well in the region, typically seeing lower annual depreciation than base-model pickups due to its specialized off-road hardware.

Performance & Capability

The 400 hp twin-turbo engine delivers 678 Nm of torque, making highway overtaking effortless even when fully loaded. The Tremor-specific suspension provides 239 mm of ground clearance and includes unique off-road shocks designed to handle high-speed desert trails and rocky terrain. Selectable drive modes like Rock Crawl and Trail Control allow for precise technical driving, while the electronic-locking rear differential ensures traction in deep sand.

Comfort & Cabin

The Crew Cab configuration offers class-leading rear legroom, easily accommodating five adults for long-distance travel. The Lux trim ensures the cabin remains a sanctuary from the GCC summer with powerful dual-zone climate control and ventilated leather seats. The 12-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen provides seamless connectivity, and the cabin is extensively insulated to keep road and wind noise at a minimum during high-speed highway commutes.

Safety

Standard safety features on this Lux trim include the full Ford Co-Pilot360 suite, featuring Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with cross-traffic alert and trailer coverage—essential for UAE’s fast-moving multi-lane highways. It also includes Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, a 360-degree camera for easy parking in tight city spaces, and Lane-Keeping System. These active technologies provide a comprehensive safety net that rivals often reserve for their most expensive luxury tiers.

The bottom line

For the UAE buyer who needs serious off-road hardware without sacrificing the luxury of a ventilated cabin and premium tech, this low-age F-150 Tremor Lux is the ultimate cross-border explorer.
