Summary

This 2025 Jetour Dashing in Luxury trim represents an exceptional buying opportunity, offering a showroom-fresh experience with just 10,000 km on the clock. The Grey exterior is one of the most practical and sought-after colors in the UAE, ensuring strong resale appeal and heat management. As the top-tier 1.6T Luxury variant, it significantly outperforms the base models with its punchier engine and tech-heavy interior that rivals European luxury brands. For GCC buyers, this SUV offers the perfect mix of avant-garde styling and a robust warranty that provides long-term peace of mind. It stands as a modern, tech-forward alternative to traditional Japanese crossovers for those who value features and performance.

This Car vs Other 2025 Dashings

With only 10,000 km, this unit is well below the typical GCC annual average of 20,000 km, essentially offering a new-car mechanical state. The Grey exterior is a high-demand, neutral choice in the local market, providing a significant resale advantage over brighter or non-metallic colors. Choosing the 2025 model ensures you have the latest software refinements and the most recent production standards for the Dashing line.

LUXURY vs Lower Trims

The Luxury 1.6T trim is a major step up from the base models, replacing the 1.5L engine with a more potent 1.6L unit and a 7-speed DCT. It adds essential GCC features like the massive 15.6-inch infotainment screen, a 360° panoramic camera system, and ventilated leather seats which are crucial for summer comfort. You also gain the full suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and 8 premium speakers compared to just 4 in the entry-level variants.

Dashing vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour Dashing leads rivals like the MG HS and Changan CS75 Plus in pure interior technology, offering a larger digital interface and a more futuristic 'glass cockpit' feel. Its 194 hp output gives it a clear edge in highway merging and high-speed stability on 140 km/h roads compared to smaller-displacement competitors. While rivals focus on traditional layouts, the Dashing offers superior legroom and a unique minimalist design that appeals to modern UAE families.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel economy for the 1.6T engine averages around 7.5 to 8.0 L/100km on GCC highways, though stop-start city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh can see this rise to roughly 10 L/100km. Service intervals are recommended every 5,000 to 10,000 km to ensure the turbo engine stays protected against regional heat and dust. While newer Chinese brands initially face higher depreciation than Japanese stalwarts, this specific GCC-spec Luxury trim holds its value better due to its high feature density and the comprehensive 10-year engine warranty common in the UAE market.

Performance & Capability

The 1.6-litre turbocharged engine delivers a robust 194 hp and 290 Nm of torque, allowing for confident overtaking and effortless cruising on cross-emirate trips. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, it offers smooth shifts and responsive acceleration that makes it feel much more agile than typical family crossovers. Three distinct drive modes—Eco, Normal, and Sport—allow you to tailor the performance for relaxed city commuting or more spirited highway driving.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed as a 'high-tech sanctuary,' featuring premium leather upholstery and a massive panoramic sunroof that keeps the interior feeling airy. For the GCC climate, the powerful dual-zone air conditioning and ventilated front seats are standout features that provide immediate relief during peak summer months. Rear passengers benefit from dedicated cooling vents and generous legroom, making long family road trips to Fujairah or Oman exceptionally comfortable.

Safety

This Luxury trim comes standard with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Departure Warning, and Adaptive Cruise Control, which are invaluable for fast-moving highway traffic. The vehicle is equipped with a 360° surround-view camera for precision parking and 8 airbags for total occupant protection. High-strength steel construction in the A and B pillars further enhances structural integrity, providing a safety package that rivals many premium European SUVs.

The bottom line

For the tech-savvy GCC buyer looking for a near-new SUV with maximum features and a potent engine, this low-mileage 2025 Luxury variant is a smart, high-value alternative to the mainstream competition.
