Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 is an ideal pick for those seeking the rugged aesthetics of a classic 4x4 without sacrificing modern GCC-essential comforts. With a year of age and moderate mileage, it offers a significant saving over new while retaining the remainder of its extensive local warranty coverage. The grey exterior is a highly practical choice for the region, showing less dust than darker shades and maintaining strong resale demand in the secondary market. As the flagship LUX trim, it stands out with a premium feature set that rivals more expensive European crossovers, making it a compelling choice for both urban commuting and weekend desert gateway exploration. The single most important factor for a GCC buyer is the peace of mind provided by the extensive Elite Motors service network and long-term mechanical protection.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

With 40,350 km on the odometer, this T2 has been driven more than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average for the UAE, making it a value-driven entry point for the 2025 model year. The grey finish is a top-tier resale color in the local market, offering better heat reflection and easier maintenance compared to black or specialty hues. Buyers benefit from a vehicle that has already absorbed its steepest initial depreciation while still feeling like a nearly new SUV.

LUX vs Lower Trims

The LUX trim adds significant upgrades over the Comfort base, most notably the 20-inch premium wheels and a larger 15.6-inch infotainment display that serves as the cabin's centerpiece. For the GCC climate, the LUX is a must-have as it introduces ventilated front seats and a high-performance dual-zone AC system to keep all five passengers cool. It also upgrades safety from 4 to 10 airbags and adds a 540-degree panoramic camera system that is invaluable for navigating tight parking spots in Dubai or Riyadh.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 competes directly with the Tank 300 and the Land Rover Defender, leading its Chinese rivals with a more road-biased, refined 7-speed DCT that handles stop-start city traffic with greater ease. Its 70-litre fuel tank is well-sized for long-distance highway hauls between Emirates, ensuring fewer stops on the way to Salalah or Liwa. While rivals often charge extra for advanced tech, the T2 includes a full Level 2 ADAS suite as standard on this trim.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0T engine averages approximately 9.3 to 11.6 L/100km, depending on how heavily the AC is used during the summer months. Service intervals are set at every 10,000 km or six months, with an authorized service network that is now one of the fastest-growing in the UAE. While Chinese brands initially depreciate faster than Japanese legacy brands, the T2's high local demand and 10-year/1-million km engine warranty help stabilize its value significantly at the 3-year mark.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine produces a stout 254 hp and 390 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h time of approximately 8.7 seconds. Its BorgWarner-sourced intelligent 4WD system (XWD) automatically manages torque between wheels, making it highly capable for gravel tracks and light desert sand. With a 220 mm ground clearance and specialized terrain modes including 'Snow' and 'Sport', it provides the confidence needed for both rain-slicked city highways and rocky wadi weekends.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is designed for the long-haul comfort required in the GCC, featuring electrically adjustable leather seats with both heating and cooling functions. The cabin is bathed in natural light thanks to a massive panoramic sunroof, while 64-color ambient lighting adds a sophisticated touch for night driving. Rear passengers benefit from dedicated cooling vents and ample legroom, making it a genuine 5-seater suitable for family road trips across the region.

Safety

Safety is a primary focus for the LUX trim, which features 10 airbags and a full suite of active driver assistance systems. This includes Adaptive Cruise Control for long highway drives, Lane Keeping Assist to prevent drift during fatigue, and Autonomous Emergency Braking. The unique 540-degree camera system even allows the driver to 'see through' the chassis, providing a clear view of obstacles directly under the vehicle when navigating uneven terrain.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants modern tech and a bold, off-road look without the high maintenance costs of a traditional 4x4, this 2025 T2 LUX is a smart, high-spec opportunity that still carries substantial factory protection.
