The Grey exterior is a highly practical choice for the region, effectively masking dust while maintaining strong resale appeal in the UAE and Saudi markets. Positioned as a premium alternative to traditional crossovers, the T2 stands out with its boxy, adventure-ready silhouette and high-strength steel construction. For the local buyer, the combination of a powerful 2.0L turbocharged engine and a comprehensive safety suite makes it equally suited for high-speed highway cruising and weekend outdoor escapes. With the Luxury Plus trim, you gain high-end features that are essential for long-term comfort in the intense Middle Eastern climate.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

With 76,000 km on the odometer, this T2 has been actively utilized, yet it remains mechanically robust for its year. In the GCC market, where annual mileage often averages 25,000 km due to long-distance commuting, this vehicle aligns with expected usage patterns for a well-maintained adventure SUV. The Grey finish is a strategic advantage for local resale, as it is one of the most sought-after colors for masking the effects of sand and maintaining a premium look over time.

LUXURY PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim significantly elevates the ownership experience over the Comfort and standard Luxury variants by adding critical GCC-specific upgrades. It features a premium 12-speaker Sony audio system and an expanded safety net including 10 airbags, compared to just 4 or 6 in lower trims. Additionally, the inclusion of a 540-degree panoramic camera system and ventilated front seats provides a level of comfort and parking ease that is highly valued in tight city spaces and during the extreme summer months.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 primarily competes with the GWM Tank 300 and the BAIC BJ40, distinguishing itself with its unibody Kunlun architecture that offers superior on-road refinement. While rivals often lean into pure off-roading, the T2 leads with its massive 15.6-inch infotainment screen and more advanced Level 2 ADAS suite. Its 70-liter fuel tank is specifically sized for long-distance GCC road trips, providing a theoretical range of up to 700 km on the highway.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0T engine typically ranges from 9 to 12 L/100km, which is competitive for a four-wheel-drive vehicle in this weight class. Jetour has established a strong authorized service presence through partners like Elite Motors in the UAE and extensive networks in Saudi Arabia, ensuring parts availability. As a GCC-spec model, it benefits from the region's unique 10-year/1 million km engine warranty, which acts as a powerful protector of resale value compared to non-regional imports.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine delivers a robust 390 Nm of torque, allowing the T2 to handle highway overtaking with ease and tackle moderate desert terrain. The BorgWarner sixth-generation intelligent AWD system features seven selectable driving modes, including specific settings for sand and mud. With a 39-degree approach angle and 220 mm of ground clearance, it is purpose-built for the wadis and dunes that characterize GCC weekend adventures.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the T2 is designed for the Middle Eastern climate, featuring high-performance dual-zone air conditioning and ventilated seats that are essential for summer driving. The cabin is dominated by a 15.6-inch central display and a 10.25-inch digital cockpit, providing a high-tech environment for all five passengers. Acoustic glass helps maintain a quiet interior during high-speed highway runs between emirates, while the panoramic sunroof adds a sense of space to the rugged interior aesthetic.

Safety

The Luxury Plus trim comes equipped with a comprehensive Level 2 ADAS suite, featuring Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Automatic Emergency Braking. For GCC highway safety, the blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are particularly effective in fast-moving multi-lane traffic. The vehicle’s structure is reinforced with 80% high-strength steel, complemented by a total of 10 airbags, providing a safety standard that often exceeds its immediate segment competitors.

The bottom line

For the adventurous GCC buyer, this T2 Luxury Plus offers a perfect balance of rugged capability and high-end tech, making it a smart alternative to more expensive Japanese rivals in today's market.
