Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is a standout in the GCC market, offering the rugged appeal of a hardcore off-roader with the tech-heavy refinement of a modern crossover. Having covered 18,900 km in its first year, it remains within the ideal usage window for a UAE-based SUV, while the Grey exterior is a high-demand, high-resale choice across the region. The Luxury Plus trim adds essential comfort features that transform the cabin into a climate-controlled sanctuary, perfect for enduring local summers. For buyers cross-shopping against established rivals, the T2 provides an unmatched balance of features, warranty support, and presence. It is a compelling opportunity for anyone seeking a versatile daily driver that is genuinely prepared for weekend adventures in Hatta or the desert.

This Car vs Other 2025 T2s

With 18,900 km on the odometer, this T2 is sitting slightly below the typical GCC annual average of 20,000–25,000 km, making it a well-preserved example for its age. The Grey exterior is one of the most stable colors for value retention in the UAE, avoiding the faster depreciation seen with niche paint options. It offers a clear advantage over higher-mileage listings by maintaining more of its original factory warranty and service life.

Luxury Plus vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim significantly elevates the ownership experience over the base model by adding essential GCC-friendly features like ventilated front seats and a more comprehensive ADAS safety suite. It also introduces the BorgWarner sixth-generation XWD system with seven specialized driving modes and a rear electronic limited-slip differential. These mechanical upgrades provide superior traction on sand and gravel compared to the entry-level 4WD configurations.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 is frequently cross-shipped with the GWM Tank 300 and the Ford Bronco, leading the segment in cabin technology with its massive 15.6-inch touchscreen. While rivals often lean into a more utilitarian interior, the T2 offers superior everyday refinement and noise insulation for long highway commutes between Emirates. Its 70-litre fuel tank ensures a competitive touring range, a vital factor for cross-border GCC road trips.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0T engine typically ranges between 10L/100km in mixed driving and up to 12L/100km in heavy Dubai stop-start traffic. Jetour has established one of the fastest-growing service networks in the UAE, with major hubs in Al Quoz and across the Northern Emirates, keeping maintenance accessible. The T2 has shown remarkably strong value retention for a Chinese brand in the GCC, with high demand in the used market often keeping resale prices close to the original purchase cost.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0-litre turbocharged engine delivers 390 Nm of torque, providing plenty of muscle for highway overtaking and confident climbs on sandy terrain. Its XWD intelligent four-wheel-drive system can shift power to the wheels with the most grip in just 0.1 seconds, making it incredibly beginner-friendly for light desert driving. With a 700 mm wading depth and 220 mm of ground clearance, it is purpose-built to handle the occasional heavy rains and flooded wadis common in the region.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed as a premium five-seat environment, featuring ventilated leather seats that are a necessity during the peak GCC summer. The 15.6-inch central display acts as a command center for the vehicle's 540-degree camera system, which provides a 'transparent chassis' view for navigating tight parking or rocky trails. A panoramic sunroof and 12-speaker premium audio system ensure that even long drives from Abu Dhabi to Fujairah remain comfortable and engaging.

Safety

The Luxury Plus trim comes equipped with a full Level 2 ADAS suite, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking, which are invaluable for safety on the UAE's high-speed multi-lane highways. Standard safety tech also includes blind-spot monitoring and a high-resolution 360-degree camera system that eliminates blind spots in urban traffic. These active systems are complemented by a robust steel chassis and six airbags, providing comprehensive protection for all occupants.

The bottom line

This Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is the perfect match for a UAE professional who wants a rugged, head-turning SUV that doesn't compromise on daily luxury or tech. With low mileage for its year and the most desirable regional specifications, it represents a smart path into the T2 ownership experience without the new-car waiting list.
